No hot water which was a known issue and they did not educate this prior to check in. Cracked mirror, ripped up carpet and stains on the bed.

The person at the front desk couldn't find my reservation it took 20 minutes to get it right. And the rooms (we had 2 rooms) one looked like someone spray painted something on the floor and the rest of the room was still a bit dirty, hair on the sink, beds, and the carpet was so dirty and nasty. Second room was the same except the bathroom tub Faucet would not shut off so it kept running. I told the front desk and said someone was coming to fix it, nobody came. We decided to leave around 11pm. Just couldn't stay there.

我感覺這個不像我一樣住過的comfort inn，毛巾粗燥的要命 和Motel的差不多，以往住她們家的店 毛巾和床都很軟和的……浴室的門關不上，浴簾拉不上 洗澡水整了一整個浴室！

Old, smelly, dirty, no choice do to the fact came in late from my flight, only will think of coming back if they demolished and built a new one please don’t waste your money they are a lot of better places to stay in Orlando the owner’s should be ashamed

They said available parking but they did not mention that you need a parking permit to park and they did not ask me if I needed one when I checked in. Had to spend $15.00 parking overnight at the parking garage nearby due to lack of communication

My room was super clean, organized and had pleanty of supplies (i.e., pillows, towels, etc.). The staff was super pleasant, and the common areas were nice and tiddy. I will definitely stay there again.

Parking was limited. TV in our room did not work. There was no hair dryer in the wall mount holder. Carpet was frayed. Mattress foundation springs creaked
