Before booking this property, I called to confirm that there would be a shuttle to pick us up at the airport when we landed. We were delayed on our flight by 30 minutes. However, when we landed and called at 10:30pm they said that they didn't run shuttles past 10pm. When I placed my call (weeks before our trip) to them they said nothing about the times the shuttle ran. So we had to get an Uber. For being near an international airport, they should have shuttles running all of the time.
When we arrived they gave us a room where the shower dripped all night. When I got up to shower in the AM the shower handle fell off in my hand & had cold H2O. After the showers were done, there was a huge water leak on the floor. I made a call to let the front desk know this, I picked up the phone and the cord fell out of the phone. Finally I was able to get the call through. As I spoke to someone from the front desk they said that they'd notify the someone. When my Mom spoke to the manager about all of the problems they never offered us a discount for the challenges that we had. They were not sympathetic at all. Each interaction with staff there was terrible. In talking with people in the breakfast line, there were other people who also shared issues with their showers or their rooms having issues.
I don't often review places unless it was horrible or really over the top amazing. However, this was a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there.
