Breakfast was good. Out of our 4 days stay, they had 3 diff menu. Room spacious but almost everything also spoil. From phone spoil, tv no signal to wifi down 3 days out of our 4 days stay! One of my worst hotel stay experience. Have complementary shuttle bus to and from universal studio. Pickup time 7.15 am, 8.50 am and 9.50 am. From universal studio departure time, 5.30 pm, 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm.

The hotel is located close to Universal Studios Orlando and also Premium Outlet. Stay includes breakfast which is a plus. The staff is friendly. Check in and Check out process was fast.

Our original room was musty but when we requested a different room Hugo at the front desk changed it immediately. The second room was clean and had comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. The breakfasts were plentiful and included eggs, meat, waffles, danish, fruit, juices, milk etc. We also liked the free parking and access to the shuttle to Universal although the times were limited to 3 trips in the AM and 3 in the PM so that had to be factored in our plans. The pool is unheated so since it was February we only used the hot tub outside. The staff were very nice. Over all a great place to stay for the price.

Carpets were not clean, smelly carpet, sink did not drain, soap dispenser was not stocked , shower cap not in room.

Arrived to check in only to find the room already been used. The bed was unmade and there was clothes in the bathroom. Aside from that the air conditioner wasn’t working. Was given another room but not very comfortable with four people sleeping in one bed.

had an excellent time. everything was great. besides being over charged for the room. was charged twice for the same amount. noticed it in my banking app. front desk was a great help fixing this problem.

Front desk staff was very good.
Room service and maintenance staff not good. Our room was not cleaned in spite of requesting multiple times.
Toilet flush not working, reported it to maintenance. they did not (or maybe could not) fix the issue. I had to fix it myself

Staff was great. Took a few minutes to get here from Universal. Price is so much better than staying in the park. Very comfortable stay.
