I brought my family for a sport event, out of town. What use to be a nice hotel was not that experience this time! Not very pleased at all! The door didn't lock properly, the thermostat didn't work, I called the front desk they had no solution but to move us rooms. One bed had a comforter, the other had a thin sheet. Went to front desk for additional comforter and i was told they ran out of comforters. We paid for two nights and the house keeper did not come in to replace towels or clean the first night! Was not please and won't be staying here again at all!

The hotel worked with me to make my son's stay safe and convenient. They have my sincere appreciation and gratitude. Amber was very friendly and professional.

Receptionist was efficient and friendly. Had a lovely Cobb salad at the bistro. Very pleased with the shuttle to the airport.
Would have liked grab bars for safety in the shower.

Had bed bugs and the carpet smelled. Its a very old property which needs a full renovation.

The young man who checked me in was courteous, pleasant, and helpful.
The bed and pillows are comfy! The shower felt great.
I wish there was some type of vending machine for snacks since the Bistro closes so early.
We will see how checkout and the shuttle are tomorrow bright and early. I am guessing, based on things so far, they will be great!

My suite was sold and they gave me an unclean lesser value room with dirty sheets and floors. The entire hotel is poorly maintained and filthy!

We chose this hotel for location and price.We were a little disappointed that there is no longer daily room cleaning. Our 2 small trash cans were overflowing and were told if we wanted clean towels we had to bring dirty ones down and exchange. But rooms were clean and great beds.
