Ons verblijf in Aparts was helemaal geweldig.
Een heel erg vriendelijke eigenaar die ons prima heeft geholpen.
De volgende keer zullen wij zeker weer daar naartoe gaan.
Echt een aanrader.

This is building with few apartments and with no reception, so this is not a hotel (name on google maps may be misleading). We rented a 3-bedroom apartment for 2 nights - spacious, modernly furnished, well-equipped kitchen with household appliances (nothing was really missing). One main bathroom and additionally a second toilet. Ample parking at the back of the building. A few minuses - we arrived late at night and the whole apartment was cold because the heating was turned off (good we all packed long sleeves pijamas). I confirm the opinions that the mattresses are soft, so not necessarily good for everyone. For such a large apartment and the number of guests it can accommodate, I missed a larger sofa / more seats in the living room, in the living area by the coffee table.

This is the second time I have used the Aparts Oberhausen. This time my parents from Australia were staying to visit with family.
Frank was super helpful, caring and really looked after them while they were staying.
We would highly recomend staying in these fantastic apartments.

Het appartement was ruim van opzet en nieuw. Aan ons verzoek om een extra bed was voldaan. We hebben een prima verblijf gehad.
