性價比很高了！酒店的花園很漂亮，酒店裡的餐廳選擇很多，嘗試了印度餐廳很好吃。酒店的設施有些老舊，馬桶不太好沖，需要多沖幾次碰碰運氣……

外觀：簡直像小時候玩的積木一樣精緻，拍照很出片。 內飾：高貴典雅，年代感足但絲毫不老舊。 餐飲：晚餐有自助和印度餐廳單點，我們選擇品嚐一下正宗的印度餐，咖喱確實比較足，但是能接受。特別要表揚一下為我們服務的SanKaLpa,他是位特別幽默的雅拉 小夥子，熱情的為我們推薦、介紹特色美食，使我們的用餐體驗特別舒適👍 服務：從進入大堂開始每個人都洋溢着熱情，不像有些攻略中講的歧視中國人，完全沒感到。 配套：泳池好美啊，人也少，略隱蔽；小花園溜達轉轉也很愜意的。

房子和花園超級美麗，門口的印度餐廳很美味，但是房間很小，設備很老，我們訂的1700多一晚，不值這個價

非常好的一次酒店入住體驗。

My wife and I would write different reviews about the Grand Hotel. I definitely think this hotel deserves a 5 star review. Yes you have a shower curtain and a shower in the bath but really who cares. The food selection is excellent. There is a Thai restaurant, an Indian restaurant, the magnolia restaurant and a cafe. As well as a tea room serving high tea and of course a buffet restaurant. We tried high tea which was lovely and considering we have to remember we are in Sri Lanka was very nice and very English. We also ate in the magnolia restaurant again exceptionally nice food. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The grounds are amazing and perfectly kept. One consideration when stopping in Nuwara Elyia is the temperature is about 10⁰ lower than anywhere else in Sri Lanka and in the evening it drops another 10⁰. So take a cardigan. My gripes with this hotel is that the food prices are comparable with English prices. 2 people 1 course plus 1 desert and a drink each is £40. Also the guests seemed to have learnt to whisper in a helicopter. At 4am they are walking up the corridor shouting at the person stood 2 feet from them. Lastly there was work going on in the room below us. I actually had to call reception to ask them to stop. They did but annoying I had to do that. Definitely lastly now, I have been in Sri Lanka for 8 days and mainly eaten rice and curry, with fingers. I love the food. But, at the Grand Hotel I returned to a completely English way without been conscious of it.

Afternoon tea at the Grand Hotel in the Tea Lounge, beautiful hotel and gardens, fabulous afternoon tea, lots of lovely sandwiches, pastries, scones and cakes as well as a variety of different teas to sample. We also added a glass of fizz. We were looked after by the very friendly and professional Rashmi. She took time to go through the menu with us and described each of the teas, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend a visit.

The Grand Hotel went above and beyond to make my husbands birthday special when we booked an afternoon tea when we visited Nuwara Eliya. The vegatarian food was amazing and the staff presented a cake and sang happy birthday. Thank you to the staff and management for making our visit a special one.

The perfect location, service and amenities. The Grand Hotel has preserved its history like few other properties around the world. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple dining areas, old wooden hallways and high-ceilinged rooms. All these complemented by gracious and friendly staff. Can't wait for an opportunity to visit again.
