Great location. Breakfast was average and on the pricey side! Also after leaving I realised I got charged an extra £7.50 for drinks I
had in the bar! Not happy

The room was very tiny and felt cramped, the heating was quite ineffective. The hotel even though located in the city centre is very uphill, resulting in a very tiring journey to reach by walking..
The hotel felt deserted and rustic and dull lighted resulting in a very dull vibe

Room was clean and super comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. With prices going up everywhere they are still very reasonable.
On the doorstep of Nottingham Castle and few minutes from shopping.

First room had a cracked sink and a toilet that didn’t flush, but the lovely staff were able to move me to a different room that was in MUCH better condition.

The room was fine, with a great view, but the only heating was a fan heater which had to be manually turned on and made the air very dry. The bathroom had no form of heating whatsover and was freezing! It was a cold night and the windows were covered in condensation in the morning. When the weather is warmer it would be much more comfortable!
