Construction inside and outside. Was noisy with drills and banging early in the morning. Breakfast was just oatmeal to heat up in a microwave. Bathroom walls had some cracks and dark spots. Could hear the train behind hotel pass by frequently. Surrounding area not great.

Horrible , under construction not noted on the booking page , noisy . Unfinished and not up to standards. Called the hotel and requested a refund my wife and I checked out 3 hours after checking in and left due to the noise from occupants in a room above us and the lack of completion of this hotel which was not welcoming or comforting .

The hotel is going to be beautiful upon completion - that's for sure
The staff was kind, friendly and helpful
But....the bathroom was incredibly dark. Why? I have no idea. But it would have been helpful to have some light when applying makeup. May sound trivial, or not a reason to have a wall mounted makeup mirror at least, but it's a big deterent for me.

I booked this trip for my husband's birthday getaway. We have stayed at other Hotel Zero locations and had great experiences. What we were not told is that the entire hotel is under renovation. It looked closed when we arrived. Construction is from 8am-6pm daily which was not disclosed before I booked. Lots of construction happening in the hotel, slow elevators due to workers going up and down. Not the experience we hoped for or expected.

With the renovation occurring no amenities were available, at all. I feel discounts should be provided to guest who still consider to stay. I requested a room with a view but was not accommodated. Black panels was placed near the entrance to cover the restaurant which was not appealing

It was terribly bad... hallway carpet could be cleaned - Hotel being renovated. Alot of boarded up areas. Didn't give a welcoming vibe.
