If this app allowed, I would have rated them 0 star. Arrived to this hotel after a long day of driving from New York City expecting to relax, but all I got was a dirty room with dust built up on the table. I was like, okay I'll just tell them to send housekeeping next thing in the morning. It was an uncomfortable night as I had a history of asthma and am allergic to dust. Not to mention the restroom, it was a nightmare... water didn't go down the drain, which caused a build up in soap residue on the bathtub; my daughter fell down and knocked her head. Moreover, the bed sheets didn't seem to be clean as it smelled like sweat, and had some sort of stains I couldn't make out what it was. Next morning told front desk about the condition of the room and how I have asthma, she apologized and ensured me that the room will be deep cleaned. Fast forward night time, went in the room, still not cleaned! At this point I was upset that they didn't care about their customer's medical condition enough to clean the room. Went back down to front desk, and asked them to clean it, to which they replied "at this time of the night, no crew is available to clean rooms" - alright fine, I understand that much, so I asked "What can you do for me to remedy this situation?", they then replied: "there's nothing we can do since we are fully booked, but we can offer a free breakfast?" Wow, can you believe that? A FREE BREAKFAST, WHAT A GREAT DEAL. TO RISK SUFFERING ANOTHER ASTHMA ATTACK, I WILL BE REWARDED A FREE BREAKFAST. At this point I didn't feel like arguing anymore and just left to book a room at fairfield inn, which btw has a much better room and great customer service.
tldr: avoid this terrible place.
