"I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel's check-in time was supposed to be 2:00 PM, but when we arrived, our room was still not ready. We ended up waiting for almost an hour, which was frustrating after traveling and expecting to settle in on time. The room itself was also quite small, making it feel cramped and less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel improves its room preparation process so guests can check in at the promised time. Better time management and more accurate room readiness would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"The hotel is very new, so obviously the facilities, beddings, etc. are all new. There are ongoing construction works here and there, but the staff are hands-on to make sure these don't interfere with guests. There is nothing special with the location, but it's on a hill so there's no risk of flooding. The staff are also very accommodating."

"The place was great and strategically located near the airport. It’s affordable and good for short-term stay. My only concern is that, rules should be imposed more strictly. Upon entering, I saw shirtless guys which should be a basic NO-NO for hostels."

"I enjoy this spot and when I need to stay close to airport but don't want the loud and Hussle n bussle of being on mactan it is my go to. Nice pool. Like the in room mini kitchen and bed is comfy... And great price with my trip discount!"

"The hotel is on their soft opening yet they did not come short of their services. Our room was kept clean always. Towels and toiletries were changed and refilled daily. Staff were very polite. There is a provided parking space but I wish it was roofed. I would prefer as well that the toilet has a bidet and the shower water pressure a little bit stronger. But it was a great stay over all!
