"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel comfortable. Over 30 days of interacting with the staff, we never heard a single rude word or saw an indifferent look. Every issue was handled quickly — from replacing a light bulb to helping us book taxis and suggesting sightseeing spots. You can tell the team is well-trained and genuinely enjoys their work. 3. Great amenities for extended stays. The gym is compact but more than enough for daily workouts. The pool was a lifesaver on hot days — clean, well-maintained, and without that strong chlorine smell. "The front desk and security staff are friendly and provide superb service, but the room itself was disappointing. For the same price range, you can easily find much nicer accommodations in Cebu. Floors were dirty on arrival; had to clean them myself. Weak Wi-Fi, no tissue readily avaiable and no AC remote had to request the at the front desk. The shower is so small that water floods outside, and the separate toilet lacks a bidet."
