Good location with subway nearby. Supermarkets is of walking distance. Grand Central Terminal is 2 streets away, very comvenient. Check in and out were swift and staffs were very friendly. The free flow coffee/ tea and water at level 2 is a bonus. Room is spacious and amenities were in place. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in the middle of NY. Close to all amenities. Friendly staff and clean. Only downfall is the size of the bathrooms/rooms but I guess that's in all of NY. apart from that we had a great experience. Would definitely stay there again.

There were long lines at the coffee and tea station but we were so grateful to have hot chocolate for the kids and coffee for us on those cold winter NYC days!

I think the location was okay, but was REALLY let down with no breakfast/onsight food option. Also with being such a high priced hotel in a good area, feel as though the entry should be more "GRAND".
