Starlight Hotel

First thing first when I checked in I had to wait a hour to get into my room because they was still cleaning the room, cool no problem but when I got into the room there is a pull out couch that was broken and there was no heat inside the apartment at all. Horrible stay I will never waste my money here ever again

Overall this was a good stay. The check in process was frustrating since our room was not ready until 4:15pm and we were wondering around in the area with no destination. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We had a studio suite with a full stove but no pots and pans or utensils. Coffee machine with no coffee cups. The front desk was friendly. The location is great in the heart of flushing. Lots of things to eat and do here with steps to public transportation

Quick overnight stay due to a canceled flight. Cute hotel and right next door to a shopping mall.

I wàs pleasantly please such a beautiful boutique hotel to me anyway. Amazing customer service, cleannnn and smells amazing, furniture is fairly new if not brand new and their bathroom mirrors are top notch. The room i was in was a cute for me and very intimate.

I had a good stay at the hotel, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the apartment and it could have been cleaned a little better. There was quite a bit of dust below the couch. The one thing that was concerning was that someone entered the room each day I was there to adjust both the thermostat and the portable radiator that was in the room. It didn't appear to be housekeeping since nothing was cleaned or replaced. The hotel is easily accessible and makes for a great stay close to the city.

The property is super close to the metro (about 5-7min walk) and there's a shipping plaza with target and other options right next door. The hotel was super clean, and the rooms are super nice with modern amenities etc The 1 bedroom apartment was huge and spacious! The staff was amazing, very patient and super nice! I lost my phone the night before and staff was super helpful and was able to make my stay wonderful! would definitely return, thanks again for the stay!

Friendly staff and clean hotel! They provided us with plenty of amenities and were very responsive to our needs! I absolutely loved our stay here!
