"I stayed at Pearl Park Beach Resort with colleagues and had a wonderful experience! The location right by the beach was perfect for relaxing walks, and the resort itself was well-maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. I especially enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the beachfront area. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for a peaceful getaway."

Despite requesting a room with a properly functioning AC, the initial room provided had an AC unit that was not cooling effectively. Multiple complaints were necessary before being offered an alternative room late at night. The hotel's decision to change rooms came at 11 PM, which was inconvenient and raises questions about why this could not have been addressed earlier. The swimming pool was initially unclean, and although it was cleaned upon request, the presence of street dogs around the pool area was bothersome and unaddressed by the hotel staff. The food ordered during the swim was served burnt, and even after returning it, the replacement was also unsatisfactory, leading to the food being given to the dogs. The room and bathroom were not well-maintained, with noticeable spider webs indicating a lack of cleanliness. The intercom system was not functioning, which led to a staff member coming to the room for checkout notification. A significant privacy issue occurred when a staff member entered the room without permission while we were changing clothes, highlighting a serious concern for personal safety and privacy. Overall the stay at Pearl Park was marred by several service and maintenance issues that significantly impacted the comfort and satisfaction of the stay. The lack of timely and effective response from the hotel staff, coupled with concerns about privacy and cleanliness, suggests a need for considerable improvement in guest services and facilities.

A very good property located on the laxmanpur beach, well maintained and the sunset view is awesome from the resort, One doesnt have to go into the crowd hustle, instead the calm & serenity of the setting sun is a beautiful thing to watch, Swimming pool is good at the resort. Food is good , though service is below average at the restaurant. Rooms should have more fan or an extra air conditioning as the temperature here is bit higher than Havelock or port blair

This hotel has perhaps the best location. Located at the tip of the island presents a semi circular view of the ocean. The grand view of the Sun set with a clear view of the horizon is a spectacle by itself. But all the beauty is lost with the shabbiness the hotel presents. The reception lounge itself presents a picture of ordinaryness which one is going to see more of in the rooms. The first floor is strewn with furniture and is found shabbily lying all over. This is the picture you see when you get out of the lift. The bathroom presents a pitiable picture. It is pretty dirty especially the bucket and the mug. The force of the water in the toilet is poor and one needs to operate the cistern 2 to 3 times to clear the pot. The bed is not very comfortable especially the hard pillows. Age has surely affected the pillows. The door had been forced open some time back because of loss of key perhaps but the ugly scar remains. One can see this in the photo that I have posted. The breakfast spread is too ordinary and hardly does justice. On the whole, the hotel does not give value for the money one pays. I think the management needs to have a look and take corrective action. This property by the dint of it's very location should become the best hotel to boast of in Neil Island

From the moment one enters the property, there is dust, garbage, and dried leafs everywhere. There is construction going on in the property, and the lift opens in the construction area on the second floor for our rooms (the pictures of which are attached with this email). Imagine entering a bad shady hotel or a Dharamshala room. The passage to the room was dirty, with views of clothes drying in the open. We have been alloted room number 509 and 510. There is dust in the room, floors are not cleaned properly, the wash basin has no jaali or filter, there were insects, left over bottles water bottles (hotel glass bottles and other plastic bottles that i myself kept outside). The bucket and mug feel like they've been here for more than 10 years. The staff here is rude and uncooperative.. When we shared that we are unhappy with the rooms, this rudest receptionist i have ever met in my life says, "No one else has a problem. Why do you have an issue?" We called up MMT Black helpdesk, and their people spoke to the hotel staff. They lied and said that we were asking for an upgrade. No, we are saying that give us better room/ cleaner room - any room but this hovel that they have shoved us in. The food was horrible. Simply avoid.

Hotel Manager Nitin Patil was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were good. View from the Resort is also good. Lakshmanpur beach is very close. Sunrise in March was around 5.15 am and sunset 5.30 pm which is a bit disconcerting. Food here was marginally less expensive. Very few 14 seater buses available on the Island which is very small compared to Havlock.

We had a nice stay at pearl park resort and staff was helpful, cooperative through out our stay. We would like to come in future again. This resort has private beach access to view sun set and we had a good food at Dugong. We will definitely recommend this place.

The atmosphere was nice, with ample roaming and sitting space. Private beach views were nice. They've a short trail to Laxmanpur beach through the property itself. The unique selling point of this resort has to be the proximity to both sides of Laxmanpur beaches. You can see both sides of beaches at left and right from the property. Rooms were large (Deluxe Room Double) & had spacious balconies, although not very private. It was a pleasure to enjoy the evening breeze from the balcony.

As said that your trip is always good if the place where you are staying is good. Pearl park beach resort is one of the best stays in the Neil island. The property is very well maintained and it's very near to Laxmanpur beach. Also it's having an attached restaurant which serves the delicious food. Thank Pearl park resort for wonderful stay.
