I had a wonderful experience at this place. The staff was friendly and kind. Most importantly, the food was fantastic and it changed my perception that vegetarian options could be dull. The daily massages were also amazing, but I looked forward to the meals every day." I would recommend it to those seeking a holiday that's different from the usual."

We highly recommend staying at Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions. This amazing hotel offers you calming and relaxing treatments. The local food was always serviced nicely. The staff was friendly and would make you feel at home. The housekeeping was impeccable. Silence, no music, only adults - totally contrary to Western style hotels. If you're looking for a place off the beaten track, that's the perfect option!

If you want a holiday that is different, pampering and good for you, Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions is it! We loved our short visit and enjoyed the food, the treatment and the yoga sessions. Although the food is vegan, it is refreshingly tasty. The staff are amazing and the setting is beautiful. Highly recommended!

This was such an amazing stay! Incredible building and accommodations and such wonderful, kind staff! The food was incredible and the auyervedic massage was exactly what we needed after a long travel. The people who work at the hotel are some of the most caring, considerate people, and we’re able to accommodate are late night arrival. The morning yoga class was also amazing. Our whole experience was so rejuvenating!! Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Negombo :)

This is the best place for authentic Ayurveda treatment. Arrived in Paradies. Each day you see the doctor in your bungalow and he sets the treatment for the day including the food you get at the restaurant. All staff amazing and it’s just a place to calm down.

What an amazing experience. Long massages (best we have ever had) every day, facials, warm oil treatments, body scrubs, steam guns and so much more. I can't believe how relaxed and flexible we felt at the end. We had a consultation with a doctor every day and a report at the end. The medicines had a calming effect. We slept like logs. Our food was tailored as per our ayurveda type, which was fascinating. The pool was wonderful for lazy lengths. The various classes they ran were fascinating. At the end we both purchased medicine to take home with us - they charged us 3 x the amount on the jar/pots so that was disappointing and not a nice surprise. However, back here in England the medicine would still cost more than we were charged but transparency would have been preferable. The whole experience has been life changing.

I recently stayed at this Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and the on-site dining options offered delicious vegetarian and vegan meals. The restaurant staff were very efficient friendly n caring.The ayurvedic treatment was done by professionnels. The doctors are incredibly nice and very efficient.The central location made it convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend ayurvedic pavillions for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

This is one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed! The entire reception staff was so welcoming. Everyone in the kitchen was incredibly kind and informative. The rooms were kept clean and the grounds staff were always available. My treatments were top notch! Ms. Ridma was my therapist and she so awesome! Both doctors were also informative and helpful. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an ayurvedic experience that is 5-stars!
