This was my first time i stayed at this hotel, it was recommended by family member. I would recommend to all come stay here Value for money 10/10 Location 10/10 Staff 10/10 Cleanliness 8/10 20 mins away from the airport Thanks to all the staff for making my stay enjoyable, very helpful an courtious. Special thanks to Mohd Asif (night ***ager) for arranging my airport transfer. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed at hotel Cliffton multiple times. Everyone at hotel from security to top ***agement is extremely helpful and kind. They know what a best customer service should be like. We primarily dealt with Rajesh, Ruhi, Usaid, Priyanka(the collection girl), Moi Moi; all of them amazing hu*** beings with always smile on their face to help their guests in the best possible ***ner. Hotel rooms were nice size and clean considering you are in Mumbai(limited space for everything). Bathrooms were well equiped with all the amenities except only suggestions to keep hair dryer in them. Thank you for the hospitality guys. Keep up the great work. 👍

The hotel looks amazing from outside but
Inside the service is bad. Rooms are quite squashed. Lack of cleanliness. Breakfast food was not warm. We were 2 guests in a room but the room service used to keep one towel in the bathroom. We had to ring up everyday to ask for another towel, Napkins and Toilet mats. The extra mattress supplied to us was so hard that it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.

worst hotel of all time ants everywhere in the rooms dirty smelly bathrooms takes too much money all time breakfast issues never go to this place snatches money with no service of any kind you keep on calling they don't come to the room too ***y complains can't be written with this money you can go to any hotel which will serve you much better changed few rooms all got the same problems visited ***y times in few months but everything is same nothing changed

The hotel WiFi is one of the worst among 4 star hotels. It drops off again and again during the connection. Towels and toilet paper are provided at the least amount and have to ask again.

Not at all satisfactory 1 : Rooms are not cleaned properly - floors r sticky and dirty ( cleaning staff is waste) 2 : No proper answers to customers ( help desk person thinks they providing free services to customers) 3 : included breakfast total zero ( cold food even in hot plates ( no variety / nothing just average Food) Note : Hotel is good but ***aged by irresponsible people who are degrading the value by there services and behaviours
