"The hotel’s restaurant staff was very lazy slow and unprofessional. The room pricing were changing so quickly and increasing so fast when we wanted to book for another day!
Other than that, everything was good!"
"Close to airport, we took o la and cost was less than rs300. We stayed only one night. Breakfast was very good. Need to add more fruits though. Overall very satisfied"
"I would recommend this to fellow travellers who travel to mumbai for embassy related work, 10 min drive to us embassy, hotel is clean and neat, the support staff are also available round the clock to resolve the issues. Food menu is bit costly but taste is fine. Rooms are bit stinking with cigar smell but once you turn on the ac, you don’t feel it."
"I had come yesterday to give the exam. It is a very good hotel in Oxford Hotel. We did not face any problem nor were we disturbed in studying. The breakfast was very good, the food was very good, the staff is very friendly
And manager Mr Shoaib is very honest 👍"
"The hotel is situated right beside the airport which was very convenient for us as we had early flight to catch. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The staff were nice and were extremely helpful. They were even able to provide birthday amenities for my partner’s birthday. I highly recommend this hotel."
RRamesh229I had an exceptional stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. The hotel exudes luxury from the moment you step in, with its stunning lobby and welcoming staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. The variety of dining options was impressive, especially the buffet at Lotus Café, which had a wide selection of delicious dishes.
The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside getaway, yet it’s close enough to the heart of Mumbai for business or leisure trips. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. Can’t wait to visit again!
KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
RReneDuty manager was able to get me a new room because there was a party/wedding going on outside throughout midnight. Had to ask for room change at 2am, but the staffs was not very responsive because she kept hanging up the phone when I call from room.
ผผู้เข้าพักIts just 5 min walking from sakinaka metro station. My stay was for 2 days. Rooms are small & but okay for solo person. For normal drinking bottle, they charged rs 30, when i asked person, he told- on this rate only they can provide. Nothing great to tell.
