โรงแรมวิวภูเขาในอูลานบาตอร์

Aurora Hotel is a relatively new hotel in Ulaanbaatar, located along Peace Avenue in the western part of UB City. It is about 15mins walk to an Emart and it is also pretty easy to book a taxi/cab using UBcab mobile app to get around as visitors. I highly recommend Aurora Hotel for short visits to Ulaanbaatar, despite it's non-central location. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a decent variety and quality. Khulan Restaurant on the 2nd floor also serves good Mongolian cuisine. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were served breakfast in our room during the Tsagaan Sar festival and it was a generous portion. Unfortunately during our visit, the gym and sauna were closed and we weren't able to use them.

โรงแรมที่ดีมาก! มีทุกอย่างสําหรับการเข้าพักที่สะดวกสบาย ทําเลที่ตั้งและการบริการของโรงแรมดีมาก เราได้รับแท็กซี่ไปสถานีรถไฟและยังให้บริการอาหารเช้า แม้ว่าเราจะเช็คเอาท์เร็วมากก็ตาม เราสามารถแนะนําโรงแรมนี้ให้กับทุกคนที่วางแผนจะไปอุลาบาตร์

The hotel is very clean, heard it’s one of the best in the city. There are many selections of breakfast, staff were very responsive to any needs and questions I had, location is great close to convenience stores and Gobi store and other stores. Taking a taxi is not easy in Mongolia, but staff can call it for you. Also they have a good restaurant called Grill in the building with live music on at night maybe around 9/10pm, it was great experience overall.

The public bath would be a high end one even in Japan with its wood finish (although the rocks for the bath itself would not be so obviously fake). The breakfast is also impressive as is the service level. This is a bit on the pricy side for an older building, however, at least in summer.

The reception staff and all the other employees were truly friendly and kind. They were quick and efficient with everything. The bathroom was very clean, and the room itself was spacious. Compared to other hotels of the same category, the price was more affordable, yet the room was larger and more comfortable. This is the first hotel, in my experience, that has handled every aspect of guest comfort and service so thoughtfully and well. Even though I have stayed at many hotels, this one stood out as the friendliest. They were also very understanding and flexible when it came to extending the room during checkout time. Many other hotels tend to rush guests or charge extra immediately, but that was not the case here. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I return.

ห้องพักสะอาด มีร้านกาแฟในล็อบบี้ชั้น 1 และห้องอาหารจีนชั้น 2 อร่อยมาก ข้อเสียเพียงข้อเดียวคือไม่มีปลั๊กไฟใกล้กับเตียง มีร้านค้า ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต และร้านอาหารอยู่โดยรอบซึ่งสะดวกสบายมาก ห่างจากจัตุรัสเจงกีสข่านประมาณ 1.2 กม. ไม่มีการเปรียบเทียบระหว่างโรงแรมระดับห้าดาวของมองโกเลียกับโรงแรมในประเทศจีน สิ่งที่ฉันไม่พอใจคือฉันจองที่พัก 6 วันกับ Ctrip แต่เนื่องจากฉันต้องไปที่เมืองอื่นกะทันหัน ฉันจึงเช็คเอาท์ล่วงหน้า 1 วันและไม่สามารถขอเงินคืนได้ ฉันจ่ายค่าห้องพัก 1 วันไปโดยไม่ได้อะไรเลย และขอให้ Ctrip เจรจากับโรงแรม แต่โรงแรมปฏิเสธที่จะคืนเงินให้ฉัน ไม่พอใจ!

เข้าพัก 3 วัน ห้องก็ไม่เคยทำความสะอาดเลย ผมให้รีวิวพนักงานต้อนรับว่าดีมาก เพราะจะช่วยเรียกแท็กซี่ให้ ชั้นล่างมีร้านกาแฟ สะดวกมาก ข้างๆ มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต และทางด้านขวามือจะเป็นห้างสรรพสินค้าเล็กๆ เวลาออกไปกินข้าวหรือถอนเงิน
