Во время путешествия по Монголии я провел одну ночь в Hunnu Camp. Это отличное место, чтобы почувствовать атмосферу традиционной монгольской степи и пожить в настоящей юрте. Территория лагеря красивая и спокойная, вокруг открываются живописные виды, а вечером можно насладиться тишиной и звездным небом. Персонал был приветливым, даже немного говорили на русском, а питание — вкусным и сытным. Однако были и моменты, которые немного испортили впечатление. Самым большим разочарованием стало отсутствие горячей воды — после долгого дня в дороге хотелось принять теплый душ, но такой возможности не было. Вода была, но её быстро слили приехавшие в тот же вечер корейцы. Утром она появилась, но была не теплая, а прохладная. Пришлось мыться так холодной водой. Кроме того, душевая нуждается в более тщательной уборке: чистота оставляла желать лучшего, из-за чего пользоваться ей было не слишком комфортно. В зоне умывальников не было мыла. В целом Hunnu Camp — хороший вариант для знакомства с природой и кочевой культурой Монголии. Если администрация улучшит состояние душевых и обеспечит стабильную горячую воду, впечатления от пребывания станут гораздо лучше.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Ulaanbaatar Boutique Hotel. The location is excellent—it’s conveniently close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city on foot. A special mention goes to the breakfast team. It was such a pleasant surprise to see fellow Filipinos providing such outstanding hospitality. Stanley Barcia, Vincent Monterde, Rena Grace Adlit, Nikkie Rose Alcansado, and Beave Kristine Alivio were all incredibly attentive, welcoming, and warm throughout our stay. They always greeted us with genuine smiles and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed each morning. Their friendliness and excellent service truly made our breakfasts enjoyable and memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Ulaanbaatar Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Mongolia.

I stayed at Grand Hill Hotel Ulaanbaatar for five nights in November 2025. During my stay, I experienced a serious issue that was handled in a highly unprofessional manner, which significantly affected my trust in the hotel. I had placed a sentimental hoodie in the wardrobe of my room. On the third day, due to very cold weather, I wore other coats when going out. I can confirm, based on all photos taken that day, that the hoodie was not taken out of the room. However, upon returning that evening, the hoodie was missing. At the same time, one of the two hotel bathrobes originally in the wardrobe was also gone. I immediately reported this to the reception. The male staff member on duty initially stated that it was “impossible” for the hotel or housekeeping to have taken any items. Only after repeated requests did he contact the housekeeping staff, who denied taking anything. He promised to review CCTV footage the following day. When I followed up the next day, other reception staff said they had no record or handover of the incident and asked me to wait until the same staff member returned in the evening. Only then was the CCTV reviewed. I was informed that the camera angle did not cover the room entrance, and no further investigation or follow-up was offered. Throughout the process, there was no clear investigation procedure, written response, or proactive assistance. Instead, the communication repeatedly implied that the issue might have been the guest’s responsibility. This approach lacked transparency, accountability, and basic respect for a paying guest. Based on this experience, I strongly advise future guests to take extra care in securing their personal belongings. In the event of missing items, the hotel’s response may be limited to denial and minimal follow-up, which is concerning for any traveler.

The hotel is modern and situated in a mall. It’s in a walkable spot to good locations e.g. The State Department Store and Black Market. Everything was very clean, the room was spacious and it was comfortable. The woman on the reception desk was not particularly polite nor helpful - our keycard did not work immediately after checking in. The room was also very hot and the temperature could not be changed.

Modern Comfort Meets Breathtaking Wilderness 🏔️✨ If you are looking for a place in Gorkhi Terelj National Park that perfectly balances modern luxury, endless entertainment, and untouched natural beauty, Imperial Mount Resort is the ultimate choice. The Ultimate Host: The biggest highlight of our stay was the resort owner, who is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and speaks fluent English. Having a host you can communicate with easily in the wilderness is a game-changer. There is absolutely no need to join a rigid group tour; the owner quickly arranged a private driver for us (at our own expense) to visit nearby attractions like Turtle Rock and the Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex. It allowed us to customize our own itinerary and enjoy total freedom. The Vibe & Accommodation: The resort is beautifully designed with a sleek, modern wooden main building. We stayed in a Duplex Dome, which offered incredible space and a skylight for stargazing. The biggest luxury was the private, clean bathroom with excellent hot water and separate wet/dry areas—a rare find that completely redefines the typical Mongolian camping experience! The resort sits in a peaceful valley surrounded by majestic rock formations and roaming horses, giving it a dreamy, ”Little Switzerland” feel. Top-Notch Amenities (All Free!): Unlike other remote camps, this place keeps you entertained. Inside the main building, there is a designated Ping Pong room, a billiards table, and Karaoke rooms—all completely free to use! Outside, they have basketball court, volleyball court, a colorful children's playground, and BBQ pits. Incredible Food: The dining here blew us away. The included breakfast was fresh and relaxing. However, I highly recommend ordering their ala carte dinner. They serve a fantastic mix of Western and traditional Mongolian dishes. We ordered the grilled meat skewers with fries, a massive chicken Caesar salad, a comforting hot vegetable and meat stew, and traditional Mongolian Huushuur (deep-fried meat pastries) and Buuz (steamed dumplings). Everything was incredibly flavorful and hearty! Horseback Riding Nearby: There is a professional horse ranch run by a neighbor just 100 meters away. It costs 30,000 MNT per hour, which is very reasonable. Tip: If it's your first time riding, I highly recommend hiring a coach to guide you for safety. Verdict: 10/10. An unforgettable stay with amazing hospitality. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Отличное место, удобное расположение. Рядом есть супермаркеты и кафе. На стойке регистрации люди доброжелательные, приветливые. Единственное не знаю чем они моют полы, потому что тапочки прилипали к полу по всей площади апартаментов - это забавно 😅
