The saying of don't judge a book by it's cover definitely applies here. Inside was a spavious well thought out area with all thatyou need to stay. The owner was very helpful and had great advice. The only small area to improve would be a shelf for the bathroom.

While not a modern unit, it was clean and spacious with the bedroom in a separate room. Everything you could wish for was provided. There is a nice outdoor area out the back for those who appreciate a bit of fresh air. The owner was more than helpful. I’d stay here again.

Really happy with the service. Rooms are clean and much better than the exterior lets on. Excellent stay indeed. The pub up the road (overlander) is also excellent and a 5 minute walk.

Very friendly and helpful staff!! The owner came and checked on me to ensure that I was ok or needed anything. The room: Very clean!! More room than I expected. After a long drive the bed was comfortable, I was very impressed!! If I need to book a motel here in Mount Isa Queensland again, this would be my first choice!!
