Hotel location is nice and the room is also nice, yet not an attractive decoration style. The pool look dirty ( maybe because of the grass burning nearby) and I don’t mind about that. Yet, I’m not satisfy with the breakfast ( little menu and late services).

Low maintenance, drainage congestion in the bathroom, informed the receptionist, and was not fixed.
Hot water doesn't work in the bathroom, we shower in cold weather.
The staff are friendly.

A nice hotel located 5 mins from the centre of town. The room was large and very clean, and as the property is very large the rooms are spread out more which helps with noise reduction. They offer a buggy service to get you to and from your room. The staff are extremely friendly and are happy to help you with anything you need, and can arrange a cheap tuk tuk whenever you like. Large restaurant with plenty of food options, mostly Cambodian/Asian, but there are some Western options and daily specials. They were accommodating in storing our luggage for us while we had arranged an overnight stay in the jungle through Jahoo Gibbon Camp. We recommend this hotel during your stay in Mondulkiri.

Very nice luxury hotel great room with Mountain View, the hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful to us. Breakfast was wonderful and the taste of coffee was amazing. The location is not far away from Saen Monourom city which very easy to go to the market and supermarket to find whatever we want to buy. We would love to highly recommend to stay here if you have a chance to visit Mondulkiri
