太簡陋了，洗澡的地方是全開放的，洗完整個衞生間都濕透，很無語。衞生一般。工業區，必須自駕，很多出差的人住。

Ottimo hotel vicino a Moncalieri

Reception is modern, but rooms are old fashioned and tired looking…could do with a spruce up, e.g. flaking paint on bathroom ceiling, wonky shower doors, non working extraction fan.

The hotel parking has Tesla Superchargers in its lot. When we tried to either eat something at their restaurant and or use their toilets, while we charged, the staff were rude and tols us that their toilets were closed (!) and so was their restaurant (!) at 15.30hrs. They then asked us to leave and go next door at another restaurant. If ever I would have considered staying there, that chance has vanished. People who do not know of hospitality and treat a couple of well-dressed and polite middle-aged people as homeless beggards, do not deserve to be doing this profession.

We arrived after midnight but staff was still very friendly and happy to arrange some drinks and snacks.

We had a brief charging stop on our trip west, and planned for some food and wc. No food was available in the restaurant. Request to Use the wc, was mer with a kranky NO from the staff in the reception. Even though we bought something to drink. Good to see total lack of service, since we had planned a night here on our return. Nearest food is 1-1,5 km. Think there’s better hotels nearby.

I didnt like that the property amenties listing stated a laundry and dry cleaning service was available. The staff were vague and did not know anything of such. In addition, we stayed when a vintage car group was staying. They decided to wake us up with them with a ridicilous music tune

This is a simple, value-for-money hotel that ticks a lot of boxes. It's in a good location close to the motorway for easy access and 5 mins from the 45 Nord centre for shops and lots of restaurants, gym, and cinema. Comfortable bed, nice fluffy towels, and super clean. Nice continental breakfast offering with friendly and helpful staff. However, the concept of "Eco friendly" seems to have passed this hotel by completely. Plastic cups in a plastic bag in the bathroom?? Really? I can understand the need for cleanliness and hygiene but this is completely unnecessary and so wasteful. Also, clean towels every day is lovely but again wasteful and not necessary. Please update your cleaning and housekeeping to reflect the need for all of us to help the planet :)

Parking access is conveniently close to the highway, only push a button to open the gate. I was hoping to have lunch and drinks while charging my tesla… but it is impossible, the door to the reception is closed and mention « access to hotel guest only »….
