Amazing entertainment team sisqo is great and bebo are to always helpful. The hotel staff are soo friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily we had a great choice for food too. Really great entertainment team they are the best

Just Ignore the negative reviews 🙂. I’ve travelled all over the world and stayed in many fabulous hotels This hotel is one of them. Nice and calm hotel. Amazingly friendly nad lovley staff who go above and beyond. Nice food and good internet and petty women who clean the rooms and good staff of entertainment make every night new new, show and a lot of activities. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and will return. ❤️🖐️❤️❣️

Nice and beautiful hotel with amazing staff animation , great location by the sea shore, highest quality food and high quality rooms and, clean , good parking with lovley staff security with plenty of spots, good internet, sweet breakfast and a lot of activities and nice, show from animation team. Don’t trust anyone over there I was with my friends we book this hotel thinking that he is good but no is so old and boring I saw people wearing tunisien dress so I asked the entertainment team from were to buy it so there boss Chris he come and he said he can take me to sousse to buy one I said okay ……. He take me to sousse so I had to buy him food and pay taxi and he take me to his friend shop he give me tea I thought it was gift but I had to pay it in the end and I had to buy dress wish I didn’t like it cost me 160 pounds plus the taxi and food for him and the tea it costed me 230 pounds . When I did come back to the hotel I found the same dress that bought with 20 pounds from the hotel shop I found that really bad from the part of Chris he magd me off if he asked I was going to help him like I did with the other entertainment who asked me for help …

The animation team of this hotel our outstanding you become family to them if you are nice to them a simple good morning goes along way but all the staff are so friendly the Tunisian people are so happy people be polite an you become friends. So animation team great love the English .There are lots of games they will play darts, archery,yoga to name a few then evening dancing for the kids dancing adults ,kareoke, quizzes with a difference then there's fun games for adults all respectful as not to upset . There restaurant staff so helpful and again happy ,cleaner gardeners all friendly people an so polite a simple hi makes there day as well as yours There is a great guy who you book and pay your watersports with ALI nothing is to much trouble for this man you become family and his good friend MALIKI this man will sort henia tattoos show him a picture they can do it 2 Great guys Right let's get down to the safety aspect as there alot of worries we'll take it from me you are safe there security are some of the nices people you will meet an you feel safe from the man on the beach who always has a smile to the team on the front gate Now let's get to the cons The food is nice but gets to be repeatative don't forget you are in a Muslim country but saying that there is always something you will like The drink Coffee ,juice beer, water Alcohol Don't plan on getting drunk it's weak maybe even waterie if you know what I mean .There is a bar you can pay for better quality drinks at as well This the only all inclusive I've ever been to where you have to pay for ice creams so I've your on a budget think kids love ice-cream The water park signs say open all day well when we was there June And set time slot to open an close The trip sellers will hound you but some good things on offer but think first ask people who been on them as I've said be friendly The Tunisian people are so happy friendly but be prepared to haggle in sousse The rooms we had 2 which where the same should been a double with a single an two singles but both the same good job really or we both be in double sharing there basic but very clean .we had a good holiday but it was the people who made it special for us but we didn't pay silly prices so you get what you pay for To say these people are poor they work hard always have a smile an will make you feel welcome and don't expect nothing from you just politeness The animation team also after they finish there night invite guests to a local nightclub I asked security have safe are we it's a stones throw away and you are made welcome but this is not part of the hotel so you pay here great night but be respectful This is a very diverse hotel with lots of different nationalities all on holiday say hi or a good morning even if you can't speak there language a smile is a smile in any language This review is from one of the three Scouse brothers they will know who you mean if you let them know

I can only describe it as the holiday from he'll English people please don't go only 6 English there when we were there .we couldn't get near the food only had a bread roll for first two days we either had to eat out which resulted in paying for taxes as well as the meal or go to alacart which had the same two choices every night the rooms are rubbish your lucky to get a toilet roll or a change of bedding.The alcoholic drinks ran out numerous times which you were expected to drink out of small paper cups it was by far the worse holiday experience we've ever had .At 75 years old I've had quite a few holidays and always given the reviews the benefit of doubt but I'm afraid the bad reviews are correct .two very disgruntled travelers

A great holiday with the family. Yes the rooms are a bit tired but how long do you spent in the room my biggest complaint about the room No Fridge in 2023 this is not good enough. The food was ok a bit repetitive but never when hungry the waiters were great nothing was to much trouble. Pool area and beach great plenty of sun loungers but was October. By far the best part of this hotel is the STAFF

We got very lucky with the time of year, hotel had very few guests and hot weather. Food was lovely, hotel was very clean and tidy and has everything you need. The animation team are all so friendly and accommodating, they make hotel Houda 10/10. Would definitely come back !

Just lapping up the last day of an amazing holiday here. Stayed two weeks and enjoyed every minute. The biggest plus this hotel has is the amazing animation team who all deserve a special mention - Ben, Sisqo, Alex, Sisi and the adorable Bibo who I just want to take home. Something to do all day, everyday just a pure party a**osphere. The comedy show is something everyone needs to witness, my tummy hurt from laughing so much. The only downside to this place is the food, not much choice for Brits and very repetitive - don’t expect a full English or anything even near to it, just re such a shame really because if it wasn’t for the poor food this would have been an even better holiday. That said we are considering coming back with more family next year x
