"First time staying at this Hotel…. First and important point is the Hotel Reception and main restaurant needs air conditioning. The whole building is out dated and needs some TLC. Cons would be…the rooms especially the bathrooms, sun loungers need better padding, only large bottles of water given which get warm easily, beach towels not provided, only 1 barman serving drinks in the main restaurant and main bar at all times. Pros would be…food choice is good everyday. Entertainment team are by far the best thing this Hotel has to offer. Lots of activities, energy and variety of evening shows, a special mention and thank you to Alex, Snow and Cesar. These guys need more recognition for what they do for their guests."

"We visited this hotel in mid-August and my husband and I were absolutely satisfied with our stay. The food was excellent, and the cleanliness was also at a very high standard. The beach was beautiful and very clean. What impressed us the most was the outstanding staff. Everyone was very attentive, kind, and friendly. Special thanks go to the operations manager, as well as the restaurant manager, Sami BN Ali, Slah Arfaoui, and Ahmed, the beach security officer. We truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness. We will definitely come back!"
