Nice place with restaurant next door. Very convenient and easy to find. Very polite staff and easy check in experience. Staff interaction was phenomenal.

We had to switch rooms because none of the lights worked in our room, then in the new room the sheets were dirty, 4 people in one room but only gave us 2 towels (2 queen bed) and when we were going down to the lobby to check out someone had threw up (or something worse) in the elevator and no one bothered to clean it up they just put a wet floor sign next to it. After all that we chose to skip breakfast. We had never stay at a Tru hotel before and the atmosphere seemed nice but this location kinda ruied any furture stay at a Tru for us.

The stay here was pleasant however the only thing I had a problem with was the noise. It seems as though the hotel wasn't built with sound proof material. You can hear people in the hallway clearly from your room, I was on the third floor and all night I could hear the people above me walking around. Didn't get much sleep because of that.

The 9-star rating was a big reason we booked but were disappointed to find a small room, sheets that kept coming off the bed, difficult-to-work remote, etc. nothing was bad but it was certainly less than expected.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds months in advance. When we checked in we were told that they were overbooked and only had a room with one bed. All hotels were booked up in the area so we had no choice but to stay. We had to make a pallet on the floor with blankets for someone to sleep on. The lady working the counter gave us the name of the manager (Nate) and said to call him on Monday and let him know what happened. I called a few times that week starting on Monday. Each time I called I was told he was in a “ meeting” and would call me back. He never called back after several messages. We are regulars at this hotel but will be looking for another place to stay moving forward since management doesn’t care about its customers.

This was the worst stay I ever had. No one had answers to anything. They said they were all new and the place was up for sale and no one knew what they were doing. I had NO tub, as there are NONE in any of the rooms, NO MICROWAVE, NO Fridge, NO Coffee machine, the shower water was LUKE WARM, and the eating area is an open space with no privacy at all...terrible visit. Never go there again. We canceled all our other visits and went across the street to the Holiday Inn and had a marvelous time. They had everything and were 16.00 more.

Website and ******* listed Happy Hour Bar, this consisted of a tub with several bottles of beer in it. Listed onsite Dining, this consisted of snacks and sandwiches in a rack. No coffee when I started my morning. I expected a lot more from Hilton…. Never again !
