The lady that helped me on Friday night when I checked in was awesome. The lady on Saturday night when I had an issue with my microwave was not so helpful. All in all it was a nice place to stay.

We just needed a cozy bed for a night on a long road trip. I was so pleased with the comfort of the king bed. Not too hard (which most hotels beds are) and not too soft. The carpets seemed to need a good cleaning, but the room itself was clean!

I have never waited 40 minutes to just check into a room that I have pre-booked in my life and I travel quite often. Customer service-wise, if you have a line of people just wanting to simply check-in (no changes) which takes less than 5 minutes per person vs a large group that has a declined card, wanting to switch rooms around, have specific wants and needs, hotel maintenance issues, etc, etc… you should politely ask the group to let you help the remaining customers who have been waiting for an abnormal amount of time, and then proceed to continue on with the group so everyone remains happy and has a good first impression. We will stay elsewhere next time with all the options in close proximity.

The hotel was good and clean for our stay. The staff was mostly great with one exception. On one day of our stay we were approached by an extremely rude manager. We were in line getting our breakfast when she came over and made us sit down with no food for several minutes as they finished a “photo shoot”. So we sat, and waited for her to let us known when we could get our free continental breakfast. She never returned just grabbed herself some breakfast and went to sit in her office. I think current guests should be the priority and our amenities we paid for should top their promotional events.

Really well maintained facilities. Comfortable amount of space for a family of five. Excellent breakfast. On a two night stay, housekeeping went in and refreshed towel and remade the beds. So nice. Beds are comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.
