Working in the area, made a change from the standard hotels, lovely and clean and carpets throughout made my stay nice and quiet, well maintained and pleasant welcome from Peter,
Met Justine in the morning, welcoming well catered breakfast available. I had room 4, a single en-suite room, with coffee/tea in the room and clean shower facilities.

Fabulous stay. Lovely room, view of fields, comfy bed, great shower room. Breakfast was delicious - highly recommend the mushrooms, poached egg cooked perfectly. Very convenient for the NEC, 10 min drive or bus stop just round the corner. Great hosts.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. GB News on the TV in the breakfast room 2 mornings in a row. For that reason alone, you get a bad review and I would never consider setting foot your establishment again.

Beautiful location, parking within locked gated area, so quiet, perfectly clean, food great and hosts very very welcoming. It’s a gem of a find!

Excellent B&B with first class accommodation and a wonderful English cooked breakfast.
The X1 bus service to the NEC is a real upside

Excellent. Very easy check in, hosts very attentive and accomodating for all requests. Breakfast excellent and only a short walk down to the local pub.would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks you.
