Location was near both beaches and nightlife without being so close as to be annoying. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable.

Excellent stay. The restaurant staff in particular were fantastic. A huge amount of food especially desserts. All food was always beautifully presented. We stayed as the hotel was closing for the season yet they continued serving the same amount of food and choices which was fantastic. The rooms had incredible views of the beach. The only downside was (as stated by so many others) that you had to pay to use the main sunbeds in the sunshine on both the rooftop pool area and the main pool. Thankfully as we were there out of season we were able to move the normal beds into the sun but in the busy season it would be a nightmare! Overall, a brilliant stay.

The hotel overall is extremely pleasant the refurb looks beautiful very clean, however the manager in the restaurant named germy is very rude and made us feel uncomfortable whilst dining he comes across very intimidating. On the other hand the night reception staff ‘Saeed’ has made our stay extremely pleasurable said is very professional we felt very safe he is a very compassionate caring highly skilled individual. At first we thought he was the manager looking forward to visiting next summer. Thankyou for our stay. To say the hotel is 5 star The food is 3.5/10 a lot of meat meat and meat not much for the vegans. On our next visit we are hoping the food improves.

We stayed for 9 nights half board the staff and food were excellent ! Swimming pool frozen cold with limited opening hours. A lot of dirty plates and glasses. Smart TV would benefit. A credit facility is offered in the hotel information but not actually available ! Subtle touches of a five star hotel are missing. Saying this we would recommend the Hotel as it provides excellent value for money. Congratulations to all the staff !! Mr and Mrs G

Very relaxing and calm hotel. Food excellent and so many options to choose from. I also was able to get gluten free desserts from the chef.

We visited this April four of us connecting with neighbours we’d known for years . We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the rooms lovely aspect and comfy beds . The food was some of the best we’ve had , several cooks cooking for order in front of you , plenty of fresh fish/seafood/and meat changing each night as much as you wanted Good lifts to every floor and nice pool area , plenty of available sun beds ! Beach was less than 100 metres away which was very helpful for 2 of our party that had some mobility issues Noise was never an issue It’s not a lively hotel with loads of events , so for some maybe lacking a bit of dynamic, but for what we wanted it served us well : Good Food, polite helpful staff , quiet environment, lovely comfy rooms !

2 Star at best. All rooms are the same and miserably small. Some crazy interior designer took a 70's hotel and made it worse! It's a minimalist artistic disaster. The bath room opens fully into the bedroom area with No privacy. All bathroom visuals, noises and smells spill into the bed area. In the bedroom there is no space for luggage or storage. The two hidden drawers block entry to the tiny toilet stall. Service staff is friendly but don't mess with the bossy and rude managers. They have No customer service training. Buffet is only aspect that deserves 3 or 4 stars. There us a good variety with the occasional gourmet selection. Forget the pool. Its freezing with no attempt to heat it on cold spring days.

Not a 5 star hotel, Tried to cheat me for 7 x€ 30/day, tried to give me a cheaper room then what I have booked, after a long discussion received the room from the second day on. Excellent breakfast and dinner, quality and service Very small toilet room Bad location
