Decent hotel, good value. Withstood an earthquake! Local breakfast served. Good for a nights stay.

The hotel had no computer at check in so they never received our reservation. Even though we booked when there were 6 rooms left on ******* (we booked 3) they said they had no rooms. They offered us an apartment which we took because we had no option at that point but it gave us a very mediocre stay and a vehicle search by the guard at the gate coming out, which was so unnecessary. There was no breakfast when we came down at 9:00 and they didn’t get any more for us. All in all it was less than mediocre and I would not recommend this place.

The rooms are very okay and the cleaners should keep up the good work but the service and customer care was a nightmare on my 3rd or 4th stay in that hotel and I swore never to sleep in that hotel ever again.Maybe you should value your customers abit more and not be rude to them!!! Thanks

My family and I had the worst ever night in a hotel.The hotel allowed a group of people to play loud music with a mobile speaker in their garden till 2am in the morning! The individuals who were not residents kept shouting and dancing while we tried to sleep. The Receptionist looked on helplessly while The Security seemed also not bothered! A call to their Marketing Executive called Davis Mugumya did not help because the noise went on till the group decided to leave. It's a shame that any hotel resident can suffer such.
