説是景觀房，沒有私用陽台，衹有個小小的抽煙平台在外面，小小的後窗打開，下面就是加油站，大早上就有人吵架，隔音效果很差，整個酒店就1老頭和1小青年，淋浴間還沒有排風扇，全靠空調除濕也是挺無語的，那天太累，洗澡就睡了，照片忘記拍了，

A nice clean hotel in the heart of Kandy. Be aware the hotel is in the busy less touristy part of the city, so don’t expect amazing views and activities on the door step. The owner was very helpful in arranging our transport and the rooms were well air conditioned and spotlessly clean.

Not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from to be honest. We found this place to be very tired, run down and a bit grubby. The photos on here are VERY flattering. Particularly the bathroom need a good deep clean/refurb. The bed collapsed on one side when I got in. Some power points didn't work. Bedding had holes in and looked older than I am. We checked out early and left for the coast. Seems very expensive for what you get - must be better in Kandy

Ideal for our one night stop over. Very friendly staff, central location and clean with very good washroom. Sri Lankan Premier Inn Trip advisor wants at least 200 characters so I could mention something else but not much more to say other than

Good clean property with decent air con, and very helpful staff. Great location in Kandy close to main attractions. Quality of hotel quite basic but good given the budget price, didn’t have any food so can’t comment on this. Would go back again especially if wanting a more budget option in Kandy.

Good hotel with friendly staff. It’s located in the city with walking distance to restaurants, Foodcity, KCC and Dhalada Maligawa. Rooms annd bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Just as shown in the pictures. As it’s situated in a busy street no big view, but it’s convenient and Perfect for a train trips with friends as we can walk around kandy, no need to hire a vehicle.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Staff is helpful and good, they always ask if everything is ok, they let us keep our backpacks in the hotel after check out so We could easily walk around the city. Breakfast was reach and delicious. Room was clean, We did not see any insect which is really a miracle in the tropical country and such overcrowded city :)

I stayed here now for the 4th or 5th time over the years and this time about a week. The staff were extremely accommodating and catered to all my requests as needed. The breakfast was redundant but you always had the option of requesting something special for breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety and always with a fruit platter, fruit juice fresh pureed and tea or coffee. Everything was neatly laid out on the table. The room was very comfortable with a lovely private balcony, the view wasn't very nice, it just showcased the streets and shops. The rooms were cleaned nicely and sheet changes must be requested or you will have the same sheets throughout. The pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was very utile. The shower was excellent with various options. The water was always hot and lovely. Everything worked great. Wonderful towels in the bathroom very large and plush. There was a supply of shampoo, body wash, bar soaps. You must request them to be replenished. Toilet paper can be requested. There is a fridge in the room that is very useful to fill it with things you need. The elevator works wonderful. Nearby is the Sathosa where you can get groceries but no facial tissues or toilet paper, that you can buy in the adjoining paper store. The paper store has so much in it associated with paper. Nearby are innumerable stores from electronics, to groceries, to toys, to household items. The Kandy City Center is about 8-10 blocks away, but very near. It is a great location to walk around. Lovely restaurants nearby are the Global Kitchen, Summer Indian, Italian restaurant is Burger & Panini within a few blocks, there are also less clean restaurants for local fares like dosas, hoppers, and similar items. I really enjoyed staying here and hope to being here again with the lovely staff. Disliked · An extra toilet paper roll would be appreciated and two towels instead of one.

Be careful with this hotel, On Sunday, I inquired about a booking, and the person who answered the call promised to provide the space in the hotel premises with arranged chairs to watch the perahara free of charge. I have children and we are going to see the perahara. Initially, he mentioned the family room for 20000 B&B (both 26th and 27th). He seems to be an understanding person and clearly stated his positive attitude towards the customer. However, after a while, he gave me a call and mentioned that he made a mistake and the new price is LKR. 25000. Also, he promised to provide it on a B&B basis. Still, I said yes and he mentioned that I will be contacted by their reservation and request a small advance today. Since I didn't get a call, around 5.30 pm gave a call and inquired about it because I was very suspicious since I didn't get the call. The person named Thilak Amarasekara answered and I just inquired about not getting the call. He told me that I need to pay in full beforehand and also, he cannot assure me of a seat. He mentioned they have open spaces and also you can go and watch the perahara in front of their hotel. So this is how they do business. Very cunning, selfish answer. I believe he must be going to sell the space to some other people as we were promised to give FOC. Also, no parking, and customers have to park in the KCC car park and pay for the whole day. It’s a bit far away. Therefore, please be careful with this hotel staff as they seem to be very unprofessional and I’m also on second thoughts about going there with my family. This can happen to other people as well. I guess they wanted to cancel my booking and sell it at a higher price as they started the campaign on Monday.
