Riad Kheirredine

This September was my third visit to Riad Kheirredine in a 18 month period. This riad is exceptional on so very many levels - the owners and general manager have impeccable taste and standards and are kindness itself. The most outstanding feature of Riad Kheirredine is the levels of service from the top down - I think most people would agree that the service levels are par excellence, and leave guests feeling pampered and so well cared for. The management team, including but not limited to darling Elena, Siham, Hind, Jana, make the happiness and satisfaction of each guest their priority, and nothing is too much trouble for these wonderful souls. From arranging excursions, to changing forex, to planning special occasions and making sure all guest requests are dealt with with a degree of professionalism and service excellence that for me is unparallelled so far. The F & B team are equally wonderful, with the most warm and attentive service and friendliness I have ever experienced - Yassine, Ibrahim, Hassan, Medi and the other gentlemen do Riad Kheirredine proud. Then the housekeeping team and maintenance staff - all carry out their jobs with such pride and dedication, that I honestly cannot find fault no matter how hard I try. As for the kitchen and chef and the bar staff, Riad Kheirredine, well the food and drink offerings are superb. To note is that you have a wonderful variety of cuisine on offer - there are three menus - a traditional Moroccan menu, an Italian menu with superb cuisine, and a lovely international menu. For me the food combined with the stunning views at sunrise and sunset/evenings on the rooftop terrace and the wonderful companionship of the staff and although I always say that I will venture out to dine elsewhere in the medina or city, I never do, as the food and drinks keep me more than satisfied. Daisy and Sarah at the Hammam and Spa provide the most wonderfully relaxing and refreshing spa treatments, and this past time, left me feeling so relaxed that I actually fell asleep and started gently snoring. Thanks ladies - I loved it!! There are wonderful extra touches on offer at the riad which add wonderful value to your stay - like the unlimited free laundry service, a constant supply of bottled water, the use of a loan cell phone when venturing out in case one needs advice or help, an escort service to walk you out of the medina to the taxis if, like me, you have difficulty remembering the way. The riad itself is the most beautiful building with the most stunning decor and style, and is an oasis of calm and tranquility which marks a sharp contrast with the mayhem that is happening on the outside. Tinkling water, lush greenery and beautiful bird song and lovely shady or sunny spots to sit and rest or tan and swim add to the whole otherworldliness of the Riad Kheirredine experience. Where do I begin? I can honestly say that this is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at in all of my travels. The amount of research I did to choose a Riad before arriving in Morocco was overboard but it 100% paid off because this place is a true gem. Their attention to detail when it comes to hospitality and taking care of the customer is beyond measure. The Riad itself is beautiful, with so many places to relax in private, and the food is truly wonderful, especially the Italian menu. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we felt safe and comfortable. They took care of us in ways that I would have never thought of but were super convenient such as calling us taxis from anywhere we were in Marrakech even if we were 20 minutes away. The Riad is tucked away in a more residential neighborhood and the staff would walk us from the taxi meeting point back to the hotel each evening so that we always felt safe. We stayed at three different hotels during our 10 day Morocco trip, this being the first, and while each spectacular in their own way, This is the only one that we truly missed and wish that we could come back to. We even stayed in one night just to enjoy the pergola on the rooftop (and posted up there for 7 hours). I hope to return one day and wish all of the lovely staff all the very best. My only tip is that if you are looking to shop souks, you will want to walk a bit south more toward Bacha Coffee (good to use as a landmark) because Riad Kheirredine is set more into a residential neighborhood as opposed to a touristy one.

Simply the best stay we could have in Marrakech. Starting from the Riad itself, which is curated in every single detail and service, the stuff is super friendly and the food was amazing. We loved staying in the suites at the rooftop where we could have easily access to pools and lounges where to enjoy the best hours and sunset over marrakech. Definitely recommended Riad where to stay during your visit in this beautiful city!

What a fairy tale! We stayed for 4 days in this riad, a trip with 3 girlfriends! From the moment one meets you at the cab until when you go to sleep, you really feel in paradise here! Delicious breakfast, well-kept rooms, lovely typical Moroccan orange blossom fragrances, sweet smiling people, nothing is too much for them! The also made a birthday cake🎂 The SPA massage/scrub treatment was also fantastic! The guide they can arrange, in short....we were very happy to have stayed here! We stayed at this absolutely beautiful riad for 3 nights. Everything from the check in, the staff, food, spa and the peaceful ambience was perfect. They give you a mobile phone from the hotel in case you get lost in the maze of the souks which was very much needed! All in all this was one of the most beautiful places we've stayed and will definitely be back!

We recently spent 3 days at this Riad. The service as impeccable from the minute I viewed their website. They responded to questions very timely prior to booking our stay. Prior to arrival, we were contacted about our arrival time and any assistance required. The entire staff was very helpful with the absolute best service we have ever received in a hotel!! We were given a mobile phone to contact the hotel if we were lost - hotel staff available to walk with us to meet our driver and complementary laundry for same day service. The breakfast was delicious with tea and water available throughout our stay.

This hotel was by far our favorite hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk helped plan dinners, outings, and taxi services. I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff was. The hotel itself was stunning, it was incredibly clean and such a peaceful place to stay. The rooftop was our favorite. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Where do you start, maybe by saying the Top 3 best hotels we have stayed in the world. Japan, Thailand, Bali, Greece, Norway, California, Egypt, Spain, Italy, France,Cambodia,Iceland,Hong Kong, it goes on. The key to the success of this riad is full customer care, dedicated staff who genuinely want to help and the staff for sure love their work. Once you create this harmony within the workplace everything falls into place. The beds are sumptuous, the food delightful, the ambience serene and peaceful. It was a joy to spend 4 nights here so my wife could paint and I could immerse within the culture and the fauna. Planning our return already x
