Fairly new and upmarket Modern Hotel, with a Great breakfast buffet.
It took a while to check in.
Room was very comfortable. There was tea, coffee, a kettle, a fridge, decent quality a hand wash and shower gel, black out curtains, spacious balcony, comfortable bed/pillows/duvet.
Had a few issues in the room, there was hair in the sink, shower and coffee area, the shower cubicle leaked and the balcony door did not lock.
It was quite noisy at night with heavy traffic - the train station is on the other side of the road.
The rooftop bar is spectacular and has the swimming pool next to it.
Staff were very professional at all times.
Overall a decent stay.

Excellent service of the whole staff. From The reception to the housekeeping and the security to the restaurant staff. Nourdine especially was very helpful at the breakfast restaurant. At the girls of the restaurant too. Freshly made food brought to your table! Top service and top hospitality.

Very kind welcoming and attentive staff. Wide selection available for breakfast very nice. Special thank you to Nouradine who was very helpful. Pool and spa and hammam was good. Rooftop Staff gave excellent service. Bedroom balcony had cute view ATM close nearby. Food places nearby.Ménara mall not far.location makes everything accessible.

This hotel was wonderful on all points - safe and clean, with an extremely comfortable room and an excellent breakfast, and the spa staff was the best I've ever experienced. It was the perfect place to end 11 days in Morocco.

We stayed here for 3 days after researching we decided to stay here in the junior suite which had more than enough space for a couple. The room was big. We also had a balcony which was nice in the morning to sit outside. We didn’t reviews about people talking about the noise because the hotel is next to the main road. But we didn’t have this issue once doors are closed you do not hear much noise. Room service is 24 hours which is also a great bonus. Breakfast has plenty of choice from fresh omelettes being made for you to a variety of pastries and cereal. Only negative here is there was not enough fresh fruit!

First time in Morocco, we stayed in LV Longue Vie Hotel Marrakech, all facilities in this hotel were excellent, especially the cuisine Breakfast prepared by Lamia and Naima, Front reception staff Abderrahim and the young doorman who's name we did not get and Service staff Khadija all very helpful. We are very thankful to all staff. Best Wishes ADD & DEE

Small hotel excellent service loads of staff all more than accommodating. Rooftop pool & bar-fabulous, great food and service by all the staff particularly the manager Monsef who sorted everything for us where to go for food & drinks etc as being ladies on our own. Thanks so much

Amazing service, very clean Hotel. I highly recommend it. The stag has been friendly and professional. Big shout out to Monseph - he went out of his way to make us feel extremely warm and welcome. I would absolutely come back here. Thank you for this amazing stay.

We had the most amazing time! We were very warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, they were amazing upon arrival. Our room was fabulous, just like the photo’s. The staff were so nice, Moncef & Mustapha were amazing help and made us very comfortable. Moncef ensured we had an amazing time, gave us 5* service and recommended fun things to do. The rooftop bar staff was amazing, energetic and fabulous, there was one gentlemen in particular whose name I cannot remember but he was amazing. Everything was clean!!!! Super clean and tidy. The drinks and food were soo good with good pricing! will returning very soon!
