We’ ve booked a room, paid for it online, and when we arrived we got completely different room of lower standard and facilities. The lady at the reception told us that it’s the fault of the system and she hasn’t changed that. We felt cheated, so we definitely don’t recommend it!

Property is nice and clean but kind of far from Main Street, you need to walk with your luggage to the front door of the hotel.

Good location. We had the attic room, huge with two bedrooms and large living room, kitchen and terrace. WiFi was non existent

The hotel cost £42 for a double room and breakfast, the room was very clean the bed comfortable, bathroom very clean and quality of food served at breakfast was better than my 4 star hotel I am currently holidaying in. We stayed 1 night with friends we had met up with. The hotel is perfectly placed in Marbella, mid point between the old town and the new town with the marina a stones throw away. There are plenty of good quality bars and restaurants very near by. If there was 1 little thing to mention, ask for a second pillow, the pillows are quite flat. Other than that everything was perfect.

Hotel is very special located , the staff and owners are awesome , really for this price location and attention you can’t find any like this in all Marbella

Nice central location. Great host. Nice clean big room. Short walk to Venice beach and other beaches as well as restaurants and Marbella old town. Be aware of you have a car though as the hotel is in a street with pedestrian access only.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and it will not be the last! The hotel is ideally situated, in between the old town and the beach. It’s literally a few minutes stroll to either.
The rooms are big (as are the bathrooms), and very light and airy.
All the staff are extremely friendly!
Definitely recommend!

The place is amazing, the lady who runs it is really lovely and helpful, the room was great, the bed was huge and comfy. And there was plenty of information about everything which appears to be a rarity in Spain.
