Location was decent, autos were nearby so no problems with travel. The staff was also very prompt in service.

Stay was pleasant and service was good. Location was just ok. Other facilities are remarkable. Overall nice experience.

Overall experience was average, the owner was unfriendly, food facility is not there in hotel, there is no proper market near the hotel.

The room was good and clean. Value for money. However the bar was attached. Good response from staff

I don’t recommend this property for couples but for any others the property is very good. We felt uncomfortable cause many people were outside the property during night cause there is a bar attached to the property.

Mosquitoes, mold, moisture, frequent light cuts with lot of delay in power backup, beds felt old, door handle came off in the middle of the night, ans the guy locked the main door after 12am, and wouldn't wake up, i didn't wanna wake him up by shouting so just suffering.

Location is near to manipal university and mitt hostel. Lodge is good. Staff are good. Crowd is not there. Rooms are good.

Rooms were not cleaned properly tv didn't have many channels location wise it was near gate 4, so good access to college, as well as in front of auto stand.

Calling this place hell will be an insult to hell, there was cement on the toilet seat, the place smelled like rotten milk and stale chicken, which was also the taste of food, water was not given when asked and the cleaning service was, well from my stay i didn't see them even once and the receptionist well he wasn't present half the time we kept asking for extra blankets and sheets for the night but they didn't have any. 1
