Clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff and great location This property feels more like a serviced residence than a traditional hotel. There are two buildings (front and back), and during this period, check-in and check-out are handled on the first floor at the housekeeping office rather than a regular front desk. At first this was a bit unexpected, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t check in before 2 pm, but we were able to safely store our luggage. The room itself was nice and very clean. We had a TV with channels, electric kettle, refrigerator, cups and cutlery, a large wardrobe, and a safety locker for valuables. The location is very good — between the airport and the city, but closer to the city. The hallway areas are spacious and even have couches where you can sit and relax, which is a nice touch. There is also a massage place right next door, open 24/7 (we didn’t get to try it). A few downsides: there was no hot water in the shower, and the tap water tasted quite salty and unusual. There is also no elevator, which may be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The air conditioning was thankfully not too noisy. Overall, it’s a comfortable and clean stay with good facilities and kind staff, just with a few practical things to be aware of.

Rooms are not cleaned with foil smell at the bath room. Housekeeping personnel is good

I like the room very clean & aesthetic, the staff are all nice . The price is just right and affordable. If ever we can go back to this place we will still choose COPENHAGEN.

Great experience at Copenhagen East Residences. The staffs were so hospitable and the room was clean and peaceful.

The room is to smelly and no elevator it’s difficult to bring the luggage down ,all over never again

Room was spacious but it was difficult to sleep in it due to the very noisy AC. The bathroom smelled musty and was not very clean. A mediocre hotel.
