I stayed for 2 nights and had a room with a balcony. I enjoyed it and was very happy with my stay. The hotel was well maintained, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was conveniently located near restaurants, the ocean and shopping. I would stay here again.

The sofas have seen better days, just for starters. The so called “apartments” are a sad cubicle with no chairs, smelling like urine, painted by a drunk, you can hear all what is going on all night and the main view is someone’s bathroom. The garage is a rush hour game, and they let stray dogs sleep in front of reception. No concessions when you try to run away from thi hell hole though. You have been warned.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Terrible experience. FALSE ADVERTISING. We had a reservation where it was stated FREE PARKING, in the hotel webpage it is stated FREE PARKING but were forced to pay USD10 per night (10 nights) for the parking although we had evidence on booking reservation and hotel page that parking is FREE. The manager (Mark) mistreated us, no customer service skills, laughed at our face, made fun of us, it was TERRIBLE. The staff at the hotel very friendly, the location ok, the hotel is not what you see in pictures. The manager should not be working as a manager with the way he treats people. Every day there was someone complaining at reception in regards to parking, free buffet, unclean rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

It’s a decent place to stay and well located but don’t expect anything fancy! My room was renovated and looked clean. It also offers on site parking and during certain periods it’s free. However finding parking on the street isn’t too difficult either.

La ubicacion es excelente, se encuentra en la peninsula , a metros de la calle Gorlero y una cuadra de la playa. Muy buen servicio con desayuno y parking. Ademas es petfriendly

Quarto muito ruim, escuta barulho dos outros quartos,cama faz barulho, parece que vai cair, móveis acabados, frouxos, porta do roupeiro emperra, cadeira e cortinas sujas, banheiro pessimo, papel higiênico da pior qualidade, para sentar no vaso tem q fechar a porta, box pequeno, água não esfria, o banho é escaldante e a higiene do café da manhã deixa muito a desejar.
