Hôtel très bien ! Pas trop loin des restaurants à pieds ! Au calme et le petit déjeuner très complet avec vue sur les montagnes au sons des cloches parfait !
Attention, le spa est en supplément.

This modern hotel built in chalet style is located close to the village and close the ski lift. The staff were excellent especially when there was a problem with the air conditioning which when it came back, they provided a replacement room. I was disappointed that the cost of the spa for guests was so high.

i would recommend this hotel, the facilities covered everyone needs. Close to the chair lift and the ski storage was a bonus. We had a evening meal in the hotel which was outstanding. The breakfast was also plentiful. Rooms with a balcony was a lovely touch for the morning/ evening sun.

Worst place ever!! From dirty floors to dirty towels !! One WC for 5 adults is not acceptable and the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish there was an option for 0 rating so I could have given them that. But unfortunately it’s convenient for this kind of horrible place to get one star. ITS NOT EVEN WORTH STAYING FOR FREE !!!

Fantastic hotel - location is very close to the Bossonnet lift; rooms are great, spacious and beds are lovely, fresh towels etc. and a mini kitchen; really nice bar/restaurant and a good breakfast (although they could do with a second coffee machine); great set-up for ski lockers etc., would definitely return!!

Had a great business trip there. Staff were very accommodating as we needed breakfast earlier than normal opening hours and they made it happen. Breakfast and any meal we had there was very good, tasty and plenty

Reception staff all very polite , professional and helpful. The foyer welcoming and very clean . Our rooms cleaned every day. Breakfast perfect . Croissants / hams / eggs / coffee / fresh fruit and pancakes ( everything fresh ) The spa is an extra luxury adding to perfect end to ski day . The bar staff in the evening also very polite and welcoming . Location not far from a ski ⛷️ lift 🛗

To the point we gave up and although we had breakfast included we paid to go elsewhere. No food, cutlery, cleaned tables, tea bags etc. The shower was not fixed and there toilet and bathroom ventilation did not work. Good location for skiing.

The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…
