It had a small fridge, a private bathroom, free lockers, self check in, walking distance to supermarkets, an electric stove, clean towels, a/c, great blackout blinds. there was an issue with the trash I reported it and two days later they were able to fix it

那個微波爐10分多上一手使用痕跡還未清理，跟他們客服溝通說有早上保潔來清理，但未有出現，另外他的冷氣機亦有問題，我跟他們說當我入住的時候是將冷氣調校至19度，晚上回去溫度反而上升了，全晚都在酷熱的28度睡覺，根本不能正常入睡，他們沒有全面的解決方法，而且所謂的二十四小時客戶服務，回覆速度每小時計，不停只有機械人回覆。而且保安措施不足，我跟他們客服說有人在敲我房門，他們並沒有派任何職員或保安過來，對於沒有前台的酒店保安措施有點不足，每一個樓層都可以直達，另外有狗隻在同一層的房間，過了11點亦不斷叫，跟他們客服溝通了，亦未能完全解決。

We had a very pleasant stay at Numa Madrid Luna. We stayed in two different rooms: the first was quite small, but cozy and comfortable for a short stay in central Madrid. We especially loved the second room with a balcony – it was very nice, bright, and had the atmosphere of a true Spanish city. 🫶 We'd especially like to thank the hotel team for their early check-in – after our long journey, it was invaluable and made our stay much more comfortable. The location is also excellent: everything is close by, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy Madrid. Thank you for the warm welcome!

It’s a very convenient area, but can be a bit nosy in the evening, the bed is comfortable and shows is very clean, too bad the lift was out of order for 3 days

Perfect for solo travelers. Location is excellent and clean. It’s very central, basically it’s walking distance to everywhere. The train station is 2 mins walk away. The only downside is that the WiFi wasn’t working for the first 3 days and no tooth brush/paste given. For sure I’ll be back again!
