Located on busy highway. Bed small, price good. Breakfast not extensive but adequate. Thin walls, you hear a lot of your neighbors. Clean.

The facility was newish and clean. I was looking forward to a good night's sleep as this was the second night of my trip and the previous night (at another facility in another town) had been nearly sleepless. Unfortunately, it was not meant to be!
Not their fault: There was some sort of a party going on all night next door. Laughing and talking all night.
Their fault: The AC/heater unit was running constantly when I entered the room so it was 90+ in the room. I tried adjusting the unit and found that when on "heat" it ignored the thermostat settings and ran constantly. The cover was loose so I tried putting it back in place and found the "gills" were solidly packed with dirt and dust. I ran the AC to get the room to a comfortable temp and then shut it off for the night.
I would stay here again, but I would be more aggressive in complaining about noisy neighbors and faulty equipment.

As simple room and exceptionally clean. If looking for a bed to sleep in and all the basics, good choice and a lower than competitors price.

When I initially pulled up to the property, I felt a little uneasy. The outside looks dated & not what I thought I had booked. However, walking into my room, I was incredibly impressed! It appears to be newly renovated and is modern. Bed was super comfortable and the room was clean! I did not get the breakfast as I ate elsewhere in the city. Great location. I'd definitely stay here again!

One of the best budget hotel/motels that we have used. The price is not reflective of the quality. Basic and clean at half the price of corporate chains. The breakfast is minimalistic but we didn't care. A few minutes from Alderwood but the cost makes up for the distance.

Breakfast and coffee available in lobby was nice.
Needed more towels.
Water in the shower wasnt hot for a second shower in the morning (wife had hot though fortunately).
Quiet and warm.
Simple lodging with a nice vibe.

A clean and quiet place to stay that isn't too far from Seattle. The staff are very friendly, there is free parking, and breakfast is provided in the morning.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Breakfast choices were good. Tvs were a great size for how small the room was. Very good service from staff as well.
