設施：我們3個人住的新翻新的2BR，味道倒是不大就是房間很小，被子有一點點薄～
廚房沒有啦，衹有個料理池，有個小冰箱
衞生：還算乾淨
環境：臨街有點吵，但是整體還可以
服務：看起來很熱心很好，但其實啥也沒解決…我想多要一床被子，因為毯子不夠暖，結果給我一堆被單……無語

房間大，有廚房，適合居家長期居住，停車也方便。自助餐吃的品種雖然不是太多，但保質保量，餐廳不大，但比較温馨。七年前來美國考察也住過。

I would NOT recommend a stay at this property at all. 7 AM right above room 319 hammer and nail sounds, drilling sounds, etc. come to find out the property is under Contruction, but no one bothered to inform the guests BEFORE hand. Extremely unpleasant stay.

Very nice property. Convenient location. Staff was efficient and polite. Room was clean and had all the convenience of home. Would definitely stay here for my extended stays in LA.

Amazing... Was in a newly renovated room... Comfort, clean and modern... Incredibly powerful shower made the end of a long day worth coming back to the room lol door did leak water on floor but not a came changer and breakfast is definitely not vegan friendly something I wish they had options for but again not a game changer... overall 4 1/2 stars

To be fair, the hotel was in the process of being reflagged. We stayed in an original “Residence” room. It was clean, but had an awkward layout. The bathroom/shower space was cramped. The sink was in the “bedroom” area. So, if someone was sleeping, the light and running water would wake them. The parking is expensive and poorly operated.

This hotel is comfortable and convenient. You can’t beat the location-close to BH, Century City and Westwood. The staff is professional and polite. The hotel is still undergoing renovation, but they are back to serving breakfast in their newly remodeled lobby/eating area. My only complaint is that the entrance to the hotel on the fourth level of the parking structure is not secure at all probably due to the construction workers going in and out. At nighttime the door was left completely open and so was the gate to enter the parking lot from the street. Nevertheless I would recommend this hotel.
