They’re decent, just before check in it’s frustrating because their computer isn’t that human friendly, I hope there are staff to check in instead of rely on computer.
The room is okay in London, recommended to boots up to £600 per night in London living in a spicious room

I liked the lobby area and the bar with a smoking area outside. Room are small but just perfect for a single occupancy

One of the funkiest and coool places that I have stayed in any city anywhere. I loved the adjustable lighting and shades. I was quite disappointed that I asked for a room with a view and was told with excitement when I got the key that it was one of the best views from my room. In fact, the room faced into the courtyard; there was no view unless someone else opened their shades!

Good location , definitely close to everything esp Tower of London. But the television reception is so poor that I didn’t turn it on for the whole night. Also I cannot reach the front desk from the room telephone , but other things are perfect

Modern hotel. Rooms are small - so better for a short stay than a long one. Great location right by the Tower of London.
