My second time staying here, Had to check in due to a burst pipe at home! Staff was absolutely amazing we was upgraded to a deluxe twin room and given complementary drinks vouchers after hearing the disaster of a morning we had at home! Really appreciated it and my daughter LOVED the view from the 17th floor
The room seemed very dusty for some reason I had no issue with cleanliness during my last stay I just assume this room hadn’t been used for a while but nevertheless it was a lovely stay would stay again

The only thing I didn’t like is the empty fridges in the room but asides that I loved the whole experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. The hotel is beautiful with amazing staff! Will definitely visit again soon💕

Overall the hotel is perfect. The bedroom is new and large enough that it can house our 3 pieces of 28" luggage. Decoration is decent. The toilet is large and the basin is large in size. Amenities are good enough and the bed is soft and get good support so that we got a good sleep.
The location is just opposite to the Westfield Stratford Shopping Center which is large enough to shop everything. Also the shopping center links to the Startford Station where we can take Tube (Jubilee / Central) or Elizabeth Line to any hotspots in London. We believe we will stay here next time.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing ample space to relax after a long day. The bathrooms were also large and well-equipped with all amenities, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered a nice variety of choices, ensuring that there was something to suit every palate. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent amenities.

The service provided by Hilton was almost 2nd to none, all interactions with staff members were great. Hotel room was large and clean, my only gripe was the fact that it didn’t have a bathtub, but the shower was an awesome experience regardless. Located right up close to Westfield, Decent view, would certainly recommend

Had a perfect stay at The Gantry!
Very convenient. Just about a 10 minutes walk to the hotel from Stratford Station if you cut through the Westfields Mall.
Staff were super friendly, room was exceptionally clean.
Would definitely stay here again when I visit London.
