My Daughter was running the London Marathon 2024, so primarily chose this hotel for it's location. Close to London Bridge Station(for Greenwich, start) and under a 2 mile walk from the finish on The Mall(hotels expensive nearby and underground stations mobbed).It was also 30 yards from the Marathon route, just past the 23 mile marker. We arrived at 8pm on the Saturday night before the marathon, the welcome we received was excellent(apologises to the woman, I didn't take her name). Check-in was swift and we were in our clean and tidy room,in under five minutes. I had two nights of great sleep in the comfy bed plus there was plenty of hot water for showers. One morning I had the Unlimited Cooked Breakfast for £12.99, there were plenty of hot and cold selections available, my only moan is that there was only one coffee machine and toaster, that said I was set up for the day, fully fulfilled. The location was ideal for Tower of London/Tower Bridge and across London Bridge to The Shard/ Borough Market plus Bank/ Monument Underground Stations, all under a 10 minute stroll. All in all a satisfactory stay was had in a hotel brand of a consistant standard.

A shocking lack of cleanliness: Bathroom light switch smeared with blood and something(!?) else, bathroom handle v dirty and a stan on the wall right next to the toilet which looked like someone had "sharted". I've stayed in a number of Premier Inns and have never had a cleanliness issue before but this was a shocker. Wifi was also a bit of a disaster as the hotel has practically no 4G signal, basic wifi is rubbish and even when i did pay for the "Ultimate" - it kept dropping. On the upside, the room was quiet and the bad was OK so sleep quality was not bad. Stay at the iHub in St Swithin's Lane if you can - rooms much smaller but always been clean.

Brilliant stay. Nothing too much trouble. Manager at check in was lovely to my Mom who is 82 and has reduced mobility.

So love staying here. The location is perfect for exploring London. Its next to Monument Station which takes you straight to Embankment (for Covent Garden) or Westminster (Downing Street/Horseguards/Buckingham Palace) or South Kensington (for the museums). You can walk to the Tower and Tower Bridge easily. Just remember that most of the shops around the Sky Garden are closed on a weekend as the City empties out.

We have just done 3 days in London and stayed at the Premiere Inn London Bank (Tower). Great hotel, surpassed all my expectations. Room was great for 2 adults & 2 kids and the breakfast was just awesome! Previously we stayed in Covent Garden with the kids so we wanted to go to a different part of London and we were not disappointed as the location of the hotel was fantastic! Tower of London Tate Modern St Paul’s Terrible Thames Cruise Borough Market Tower of London Sky Garden It was all on our doorstep, we had a blast. Also took the Uber boat and spent a day in Greenwich, well worth it on a nice day

Great venue. Value for money, clean, spacious and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely. Perfect base for exploring London, Central location a few minutes from the train. Very family friendly.

Room very dark, tea and coffee very limited only one milk in room. Breakfast was the biggest waste of money, tiny self service area where everyone was on top of each other, no eggs no vegetarian options as per menu, no pastries, limited cereal, no yoghurt and nobody refilling the station, a rather unpleasant experience, which was not exactly a cheap stay either
