The history of the property and how well it has been keep.
Staff were excellent had a private tour of the building and it was interesting and informative.

This was a wonderful 2-night stay for us. Breakfast buffet was included. They had a comb of local honey for pastries. It was wonderful. Parking was the only issue. I am not sure what they can do about it. it is kind of locked in. Overall it was GREAT!!.

First time here - booked on ********** and upgraded to a jacuzzi room by calling them - they were fantastic from the minute we arrived - greeting us by name, offering us coffees while we waited for the spa area to prepare for us - when we got out, our room was ready - nothing special but it did have a beautiful view of the courtyard. Great accomodations and very friendly receptionist at front desk (during the day) she was so great!

We just watched Disneys Haunted Mansion the night before and loved the character and the decor of the hotel. It was the perfect stay for us.

It’s a nice quiet place. My son have an exam. Only a few minutes drive from hotel to London international academy. We need a quiet place to have a nice sleep. We happy for one night stay.
The first floor is a restaurant. So it’s difficult to find a parking lot till the restaurant closes at 10 pm.
The breakfast is nice with smoked salmon. It’s buffet with the service for coffee. Looks like it reminds the tips. We paid the tip but I think small tip is good enough.
The room has 150 years. We like the historical inn.
