WiFi,早攴，二樓有露台，有浴缸，有個大花園近觀動物，可以步行去舔瀑布，住客免費入園，就係價錢高了點

จองห้องรวม dinner มีปัญหาตั้งแต่การจองตรง คือสามารถจองได้ทีหละ 1 ห้องเมล์แจ้งโรงแรมไม่มีการแก้ไข้ให้จองเพิ่มจากทางต้นทมง เลยจำเป็นต้องจองอีก 2 ห้องเพิ่ม แต่เมื่อจะจองราคาที่ได้จะขยับขึ้นทันที ต้องรออีกหลายวันราคากลับมาที่เกือบที่เดิมแต่ก็เป็นที่น่าเกลียดมากๆ เพราะห้องงสุดท้ายได้ราคาแพงมากๆๆ 14000 บาท ไม่ร่วมอาหารค่ำ อาหารที่จัดให่กินไม่อร่อยเลย อาหารเช้าด้วยอย่างแย่ครับ ขากลับลากกระเป๋าเองห้องไกลมากๆสงสารคนแก่อายุ 68 ปี มีพนักงานตอนรับหญิงนิสัยแย่ไม่สนใจลูกค้าใดๆๆที่งสิ้น จนเราและเพื่อนน่วมกันสาบแช่ง ไม่แนะนำให้เข้าพักแนะนำให้กลับไปฝั่ง zimbabwe คุณจะได้บริการที่ดี อาหารอร่อย ราคาถูกกว่ามากๆ

The place is just so spectacular and the service is efficient,very friendly staff,lots of activities,comfortable rooms,you never wish to leave,a must to go back.

The setting is beautiful, the rooms are very nice. Being able to visit the falls is always a treat. Staff are super friendly and correct. Plenty positives.....However, some negatives to: we arrived at the pool around 4 in the afternoon and found the whole area in a neglected state. No clean towels, but used towles everywhere. Empty bottles, plates etc all over the place. Not a waiter to be seen, not even after asking for one and being assured one would come to take our order: after 1 hour, still no waiter. The time that I would sashay into the bar in my bikini, to place my own order has long gone..... At the pool terrace in the evening I ordered a veg burger which was described very nicely in the menu. What I received was a slab of mashed potato on a bun, seriously?

We had a wonderful and fulfilling 3 nights stay at the hotel. The environment was peaceful and relaxing.

We had an amazing stay in April. The most spectacular experience was the zebras roaming the grounds! The rooms were clean and the linens excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good and included. They had a fridge in the room and we used the laundry service which was excellent. You essentially walk 5 min to Victoria Falls. There is a huge curio market where we did a ton of shopping. I would 100% recommend staying here!

The proximity the the falls can't be beat. We also went to the Zimbabwe side, and honestly liked the views here more. The front desk was very accomodating, and they facilitated a lot of activities. We did the sunset boat safari and game drive, both of which were excellent. Staff were caring. Warning that this hotel is also a conference center so at times there can be quite busy in the common areas / at mealtimes. The adjacent Royal Livingstone had a good restaurant, the local Breem was to die for and their spa luxurious. There are resident zebras, giraffe and impalas which delighted our whole family. Good sized pool, even for lap swimming.
