The stylish hotel comprises a new 6-storey building and a modernised historic building connected via an impressive patio. Its location is most convenient for tourists as many sights are at walkable distance and it takes you less than 10 minutes to get to Cais do Sodré for trams, buses, trains (as far as Cascais) and the Metro. Besides you find all sorts of restaurants, wine bars and coffee shops "next door"... We had a corner view room on the 5th floor with windows on two sides and a wonderful view across the patio to the colourful houses on one of the Lisbon hills. The bed was comfortable with a firm mattress and a large duvet. The blackout curtains were perfect. Dark wood mixed with green elements gave the room an elegant appearance. The rain shower cabin with dark green tiles was spacious. Breakfast is served in the hotel bar and in the patio. Coffee, tea, a bread basket, eggs any style and an étagère with fruit, cheese and charcuterie are brought to the table. Juice and side dishes like muesli are offered in buffet style. The mostly young staff is nice but some are obviously still in the training stage. Yet, on most mornings we enjoyed a smooth service in a pleasant atmosphere. The missing fifth point is due to the fact that the minibar was empty (why??), that facial soap was missing and that I am still under the impression that room 510 falls short of the 32 m2 specified in the room description. Nevertheless I would pay another visit any time...

We stayed here during my birthday and as a Hilton Honors Gold member, we received a nice upgrade. The rooms was beautiful and spacious. The location of the hotel is great and within a few minutes, your at a few of Lisbon’s most famous sights. The hotel is completely new and the courtyard and the restaurant are beautiful. The interior is great. Compliments to Ivan of the reception. He is great at what he does and super friendly!

This is one lovely Small Luxury Hotel, and I was given a stately upgrade. From the exquisite room, to signature juices, a fruit-fest breakfast buffet to start your day. A stay at the Duo is a rare treat. The Duo is strategically located close to transportation and the Cruise Port.

This was an unexpected stay as we had to rearrange our travel plans due to wildfires near Porto, so we booked a couple of days in advance, while already in Lisbon The hotel is still very new, everything is gorgeous, we have one of the Boavista rooms, and it was stunning Everything was perfect with the room, comfy bed, wonderful bathroom The service, from everyone, was excellent and helpful We had breakfast and dinner one evening. Breakfast was good and dinner was pleasant but not compelling enough to eat there a second night Great location, not far from the Timeout Market, great for meals, easy walk to the waterfront

The worst experience after Shangria hotel LA in my life. Hotels location is good however the aircondition system is not working properly and the hotel staff insist to not to repair. I am still staying the hotel and despite all the notifications to the reception they did not get any action. Now I am ill.

Hotel has opened recently o That was by far too visible in the service, which was therefore quite poor. o No one was ever able to address any step of my stay properly. There was always something being made wrongly and / or with many doubts Language: o About 50% of the hotel staff do not even talk Portuguese, starting with the hotel manager, bar staff, etc. The remaining one (that speak Portuguese) always addressed me in English, even after knowing I was Portuguese. o For a Portuguese hotel this is not at all acceptable as this is a deny of the local culture o I felt like an alien in Lisbon, as it sounded like I was elsewhere in the world Check-In was quite challenging to be made: o I was not welcomed as a Honors Member o The receptionist was not clearly interested in providing a good service level, but much more interested in disputing any potential issue. o When I asked which of the 3 rooms I booked was the best one, I was informed that 411 was the one, but it was clearly the opposite as this was by far the smaller and it was also noisy. Rooms 111 and 113 had the higher quality (as noted in their website) and rooms 113 was the best as it was facing the patio, with less noise from the street. Rooms o Are quite nice and I loved the tile detail on the headboard o Rooms facing the street are not properly soundproofing… meaning you can hear the street noises… which is not proper for this level of hotel o Water in the shower had not enough pressure, making the shower in the morning to be poor quality. o The tea sachets do not have option for the night (such as chamomile or mint) which is a shame. Bar o I passed at the Bar to try to have a few snacks at the end of the day. Both outdoor and indoor are beautiful, by the way. After 10 minutes waiting to understand which were the menu options (as no one was able to explain me the food options), I was finally given a menu, which I still doubt was the correct one, given all the staff doubts… o I had to speak to 3 members of the staff to obtain this information. No one seemed to know how the Bar was actually operating. Breakfast o No one explained how it works o No menu at all o No English / Hot breakfast options, other than eggs o Lack of variety of food o Given the small variety, it was expectable that the quality would be high, but that was not the case. Check Out was OK but not perfect: o The person was quite nice, to be fair, but in the minute a question was raised about the invoices having to show the company VAT number, everything changed o I had to wait more than 20 minutes to find out that the invoices would still have to be made, as the person didn’t know how to do this o I had to wait several days for one of the room’s invoices… o The hotel charged me extra city taxes and hasn't yet refunded them, after acknowledging that I was correct... By now it has passed almost months! I therefore do not recommend this hotel to anyone for sure.

In my opinion, the cleanest hotel in Lisbon. The hotel is very cute and perfect in every sense. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Ivan and Ms. Joana from the reception and the entire team of the hotel. The cleaning staff changed the towels and sheets with new ones every day and the rooms were perfectly clean. thanks 🙏
