Received a warm welcome from the receptionist, nice cookies, and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel’s black-themed interior created a rather oppressive and uncomfortable atmosphere instead of a relaxing one. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also disappointing. The toilet was not cleaned properly upon check-in, and the tissue box contained only one piece of tissue. As the housekeeping staff happened to be nearby, I had to request a refill immediately after entering the room. Overall, the attention to detail and housekeeping standards did not meet expectations.
