A lovely building with very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. My room was spacious, quiet and with lovely views over the garden, and the bathroom was very clean and well-equipped. The 2 restaurants give a good choice of meals. A great hotel and I will definitely stay here again.

Room number 12 was the furthest from reception. It was dark with only one window. A big bath which we didn’t have time to fill as it took too long. A lot of traffic noise constantly throughout our stay.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service. The food and outside dinning was superb, Its location was great as you could walk easily to the centre of the town. Our room overlooked the terrace and pool offering a relaxing time sharing a very nice glass of wine.

Excellent hotel and restaurant. The room was very comfortable and overlooked the nice courtyard below. We dined twice in the restaurant, once each for lunch and dinner. The food and service were exceptional and the waiters spoke English very well. The front desk staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with despite my not speaking any French. Although this was a business trip I will certainly consider visiting again for leisure!

Second time we have stayed. Lovely as ever. Friendly, very helpful staff, superb restaurant dining, not cheap but worth it. In late August/ early September the pool is warm and you usually get a swim to yourself. If I were being picky, the breakfast is not quite as high a standard as the rest of the visit.

A most welcoming hotel in the heart of the old town, an ideal location for visiting the Chateau. The staff were very welcoming. A dip in the swimming pool after strolling around the town and seeing the various sights was extremely welcome!

Arrived very late and realized there is small window in something called bathroom that I was unable to open. No air in room, no air-condition and no window. I have been very disappointed with the stay. Would certainly not recommend it.

Very friendly staff and the hotel and location is beautiful. The check in and check out went quick and the diner/breakfast weren good. Unfortunately, i was staying in the top room, which was very warm and stuffy. I did effect my sleep and i strongly suggest to place aircon in the room.

DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU HAVE DOGS! We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We booked a deluxe room for the two of us and 2 small poodles. The room was quite basic and only has one towel which was very poor quality. The bed and pillows were hard with no more available. We arrived at the hotel at 7pm and left at 8.30am the next day. When I went to check out I was shocked and appalled to be be charged 60 euros extra for the dogs. The website advised there was a charge of 30 euro when travelling with pets (which I thought was a lot)...but not 30 per pet! When I challenged the manager that this change was wrong he just insisted that he was not going to change it as this was policy irrespective of what the website says. Whilst the location is good, a very expensive stay at a poor quality hotel. There are plenty of good and cheaper alternative accommodations locally.
