What can I say!! Just the most relaxing environment. I stayed in block 2, it was a lovely clean, well presented apartment. Everything you could ever need, cleaned 5/7 and towels also. Staff were so friendly. Your own terrace and little garden I had sun all day long. It was peaceful and the surrounding area is also quiet and very clean. Restaurants around do some amazing food too. I shall be back next year Las Gaviotas, you hold a special place in my heart. Thank you for doing what you do.

Loved our 10 night stay. Appartment was clean and spacious rm 808 block 8. Bed comfy and all you need to make snacks. Downside which is a must for us due to late pick up for airport no shower or courtesy room to freshen up before leaving, there also is no bar where you can have a drink and meet people. Did we enjoy our stay, yes. Would we stay here again, no

It's a wonderful place to stay, that's why we have chosen it now for four times. Very relaxing area, mainly on the flat if you have reduced mobility. From the moment we arrived, a short taxi ride from the airport , we are always made welcome as if we are arriving home. Friendly staff and locals. Close to good shops and restaurants and bars. No hustle and bustle. Just a lovely chill out area makes us feel as if you are there longer than it seems. Already looking forward to returning later this year.

Just back from our 4th trip to the bungalows. Had a wonderful time staying again in block 8 for 2 weeks. Very clean complex and lovely staff. Regular cleaning. In need of a bit of an update but absolutely fine. We could have done with a larger fridge for our supplies. Will definitely return next year for another 2 weeks. Close to bars/restaurants in the commercial centre and a slightly longer walk into Los Pocillos where there are numerous places to eat/drink/shop. Transport provided from reception to accommodation which is great. Block 8 is always quiet which suits us.

Just returned from our second visit here (first was 2016). Really enjoyed this place and the whole of matagorda. Emailed few days before arriving and requested the same property as our first visit and they did not disappoint. The property was as remembered but updated bathroom. Its located about 100 metres from an arcade of shops bars and restaurants but is so quiet. There is a pool and pool bar which is lovely. Greated by very friendly lady at reception and check in was polite and speedy and informative. We were driven round to our property and assisted with our luggage. Property was clean and welcoming. It is well kept throughout our stay by very friendly cleaning staff. We would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing stay. Its a short transfer from the airport and is great for watching planes come in to land. It really is a great base to stay in Lanzarote.

Literally just stepped back into my house after having 14 days at these apartments. We were in block 8, fab clean apartment with sun most of the day. Nice pool. Pool bar has just opened, big shout out to Michael who is running it. Snacks available and most drinks you could possibly want. He is such a warm and hospitable guy who deserves success. Please say hello to him. Lastly thanks to Rose on reception. Helped us with any queries we had. Cant wait to rerurn

Welcoming receptionist willing to help wherever possible. Overall a clean and tidy place to stay. Apartments vary from bath or shower one or two bedrooms.kept clean everyday by friendly local staff. Apartments have everything you need but are very tired and in need of modernization and the floors are very slippery when wet . A mat was asked for and provided for the shower floor. Only one pool heated, up to may 1st other very cold and have a strange glass surround with doors to go through to get in the water , not the best idea in case of emergencies. Restaurant didn't seem to be frequented much and closed late afternoon. Food price cheap but didn't try any due to nearby bars and restaurants . Direct level access to the promenade and sea front. Yes only a 8 minute drive to the airport so some noise from aircraft is to be expected , end of runway a short still away for aircraft enthusiasts.. look out for the F18 hornets that are based at arrecife. I would return because of the level access and closeness to bars and restaurants but would love to see the apartments modernized

We have stayed here for the last two years and found it ideal, very quiet and close to restaurants and shops. The only thing I can knock it on is the wifi, it connected the first day but never worked, I mentioned it to reception but nothing was done. Didn’t spoil our holiday and will be back next year 2025. Great stay at Las Gaviotas apartments. Very spacious and clean. Michael at the bar in block 8 is fantastic! We stayed as a group of 6 (3 couples in 3 seperate apartments) and we requested to be close to one another which was granted and all next door to each other, thank you! Pool great size (wish it was more shallow when stepping in as straight into deep end). Couple of minutes walk to the main square with lots of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets and the beach! €5 in a taxi to puerto del Carmen for more hustle and bustle. Would stay again if returning to the area.
