โกรธมาก ไม่สุภาพ ไม่ถูกต้อง และ ไม่เป็นมิตรกับผู้จัดการฝ่ายต้อนรับ รู้สึกถึงความหยาบคายที่คิดไม่ได้ ที่นี่ ทัศนคติไม่เคารพต่อแขก สําหรับพนักงานท่านอื่น ไม่มีคําถาม มีแต่ผู้ดูแลระบบ มีพฤติกรรมแย่มาก หวังว่าสักวัน ผู้บริหารจะรู้ และรู้สึกถึง ทัศนคติที่น่าอับอายต่อตัว บางทีเธออาจจะเป็นคนดีในอนาคต แต่มีข้อสงสัยที่แข็งแกร่งเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้ ไม่เคย จะกลับไปโรงแรมนี้อีก!

We stayed here 5 nights. As Diamond members. we were upgraded before our arrival to an awesome suite, which was greatly appreciated. We found everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. This hotel is particularly well designed, with high end finishes, great showers and comfortable beds. The A/C worked perfectly and the room stayed cool during really hot weather...we only had to turn it on occasionally. The rooms are very well laid out. Our one bedroom suite had two full bathrooms, providing a fantastic level of comfort. The breakfast was great. We are plant-based and healthy eaters and both of us were very happy with the great selection of fruit, salad, olives, wonderful olive tapenade, breads and other fresh options. The hotel is perfectly located with the old town an easy walk away. There's also great grocery stores and a DM very close by as well. For me this was the rare flawless stay. I did not expect that in Bulgaria....great job by the team here. :)

This is the worst hotel ever! We switched two rooms. The first one was with broken air conditioner and it was freezing, I don’t understand how that the hotel didn’t knew about it?! The second one was extremely dirty and the windows were covered with birds droppings! I have pictures, it was disgusting also the bathroom was very very dirty. On the second night at 1:00 am in the morning there a was private party above our room the receptionist told me that from the hotel were trying the loudspeakers. AT 1:00 am in the morning?!?! He was trying different lies he even offered to move us AGAIN at 1:00 am?!?! He told me I can go speak with some man from the hotel stuff upstairs? If I have to that, why the receptionist is even on work? The manager of the hotel was home sleeping… no words honestly. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER WITH THE WORST STUFF. NEVER GO THERE !!!

We took 2 rooms a twin and a suite. Twin was so tiny you could not really move around. The bathroom also very tiny and the shower and the sink in the same place with no separation. You can shower and wash your hand at the same time…. The suite size was acceptable, but the usb plugs were not working, the shower had no soaps, and flooded the entire bathroom as the water was coming under the glass partition, it was very unpleasant. The cleaning of the rooms does not follow Covid best practices as rooms are turned around within a couple of hours. The receptionist apologies for the delayed check in as the rooms were occupied the night before and were been cleaned “quickly”.??? Finally and in time of Covid, not 1 person was wearing masks, staff (reception and housekeeping) or guests. Aside of 1 dispenser of alcohol gel there are absolutely no measures in place which I find unconscious, irresponsible unprofessional and unacceptable. Sadly even if it seemed to be one of the best rated hotel in Plovdiv, minimal standards are not respected. Very disappointed about the whole experience.

อาคารใหม่ สะอาด ห้องพักใหญ่ ตกแต่งดี ห้องน้ําใหญ่มีท่อระบายน้ําที่ลงตัว มีแม้กระทั่งม่านความร้อน เตียงนอนสบายมาก โรงแรมอยู่ในเขตอุทยานและกีฬาของเมือง ค่อนข้างเงียบสงบ แต่ไม่มีรถในโรงแรมนี้ไม่มีอะไรทํา ผมไม่ชอบร้านอาหารที่โรงแรม อาหารเย็นคืนนี้แทบจะไม่มีความเป็นจริง ร้านอาหารเต็มไปด้วยผู้เข้าชมจากตึกแถวที่อยู่อาศัยใกล้ๆ กัน ซึ่งไม่มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกด้านอาหารอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ลิฟท์ช้ามาก
