we stayed at easter. was quite expensive , didnt feel like it was a 5 stars hotel, more like a 4 stars or less. would love to explore other options in the island

The location, the setting, the facilities and cleanliness is pretty good. The issue is with their service. We tried calling the reception during the working hours and there was no answer. They also did not call us back. If we are lucky, we will see a staff and get some assistance. It is important to have a car of your own otherwise it is difficult to get around in the resort. The total that the hotel charged is way more than what was shown in trip website. Even if I include the city tax it was still high. It is important to give a clear picture of the total amount of the booking. Just to put it in context, there was almost Euro 150 difference between what was shown in Trip website and the final amount that I paid to the hotel. This is a shocker for me. And of course it is not what I want to have a first experience of using Trip website. This needs to be looked into.

บริการและอาหารดีมากพร้อมวิวทะเลที่สวยงามและสระว่ายน้ําอินฟินิตี้ โต๊ะพูลดี แต่มีกิจกรรมไม่มากนักใน Teen Club ห้องอบไอน้ําไม่เปิดให้บริการในระหว่างการเดินทางของเรา โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการพักผ่อนที่ดีและผ่อนคลาย

Я выбирала отель с видом на океан по доступной цене. В итоге, нашелся отель с очень просторными номерами, панорамным окном, кофе/чай, удобной ванной комнатой с биде, большим балконом. Единственные моменты: раздельная кровать для пары и слабоватый душ. Шум ночных волн на любителя:) Нам пришлось закрывать дверь на балкон, хотя и так было довольно шумно. Сервис очень дружелюбный.  Завтрак вкусный и свежий. Много выпечки, напитки, нарезки и горячее.  Не ожидала, что будет бесплатный трансфер до центра и обратно. Абсолютный плюс этого отеля, потому что находится он не в шаговой доступности от центра.  Виды, чистота возле отеля, свой пляж - это потрясающе.  Далее мы проживали в частном секторе и много что посмотрели на острове, но первые две ночи в Orca Praia остались в нашем сердечке💘 С уважением,  Елена из России

Pobyt w hotelu byl cudownym doświadczeniem. Mieszkaliśmy w bloku C, przy samym oceanie, widoki obłędne. Hotel bardzo czysty. Zarówno śniadania, jak i obiadokolację, bardzo dobre. Szeroki wybór i bardzo dużo jedzenia, codziennie coś nowego. Każdemu polecę ten hotel, a jeżeli będę jeszcze raz na Maderze to zatrzymam się tam ponownie.

Doppelzimmer zur Einzelbelegung, das Zimmer ist eher unterer Standard, entspricht keinesfalls der Ausstattung eines 4 Sterne Hotels. Im Bad bei Ankunft eine immer größer werdende Pfütze unter dem Waschbecken bis hinter die Toilette. Der Schaden muss schon länger bekannt sein, da die entsprechenden Kalkflecken nicht entfernt worden sind. Wasserschadenflecken an der gesamten Decke im Bad, verfärbter Duschvorhang, im Bad ist keine einzige Steckdose (für elektrische Zahnbürste) vorhanden. Das Zimmer selbst ist nur bei geschlossener Balkon bewohnbar, da von 08:00-18:00 Uhr im gegenüberliegenden Hotel Presslufthammer und Bagger lautstark arbeiten, die sogar bei geschlossener Tür unüberhörbar sind. Balkonnutzung daher nur nach 18:00 Uhr möglich. Ein Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer ist nicht möglich, da das Hotel ausgebucht ist. Für meinen Reisepreis von 622,-€ bot man mir ein Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant (Wert 21,50€) am letzten Abend als Entschädigung an.

The hotel is beautiful and super homey, you can get to the city centre really easily as there is like 3 different buses and one that is less than a 3 minute walk away from the hotel, the staff are kind and friendly, we initially got given a room right next to the entrance, due to the really thin walls it was unfortunately really loud, but the staff moved us to a much better room with no problem at all, the rooms aren’t super clean as there was some hair left after cleaning and a bag of medicine another guest had left, but it’s an amazing hotel and I’ll be staying here again next time I visit. The pool is not usable (extremely dirty) and the breakfast and coffee are way too much for what you get.

Wir haben 3-Sterne gebucht und eigentlich das Erwartete bekommen. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, da aber 2 Hotels von Dorisol hier zusammen verköstigt werden, hat das dann den Charakter einer besseren Jugendherberge. Beginn 7:30 h ist für Wanderer zu spät. Personal generell sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aufstieg zur Rezeption mit 120 Treppenstufen etwas mühselig. Für den Indoorpool muss man reservieren (!), aber Becken zum Schwimmen zu flach, Massagestrahler kaputt, Whirlpool kalt und blubbert kaum, kann man komplett vergessen. Zimmer abgewohnt, Schimmel im Bad in den Duschecken, aber Betten waren gut. Hatten Oceanview gebucht, Zimmer in 8. Etage aber mehr ein Tree-View, am Baum vorbei konnte man etwas das Meer sehen, das ist eine Mogelpackung. Hinter dem Hotel ca. 30 m Luftlinie Privathaus mit 12 Hunden, die ab 6 h anfangen zu bellen. Sehr, sehr nervig. Kühlschrank schloss nicht richtig, da vereist, somit Wasser in der Bude, habe ich selbst gerichtet. Fazit: nicht empfehlenswert

เราจองห้องสําหรับสามคน 3 เตียงในนาทีสุดท้ายในราคานกล่าช้า อย่างไรก็ตามพวกเขาให้ห้องคู่กับเราสองเตียง มันอยู่บนชั้นหนึ่งถัดจากสนามเทนนิสซึ่งมีเสียงดังมาก มันคือ 31 องศาเซลเซียสและไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ สามารถเปิดหน้าต่างบานเล็ก ๆ ได้เพียง 1 บานเท่านั้น แต่หันหน้าไปทางเท้าซึ่งแขกจํานวนมากสามารถเข้าถึงสระว่ายน้ําในร่ม ห้องออกกําลังกาย ... ฯลฯ ความเป็นส่วนตัวไม่เพียงพอ ทําเลที่ตั้งโอเคเพราะมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดเล็ก ร้านอาหาร และป้ายรถเมล์มากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียงในระยะที่เดินได้ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมดีสําหรับราคา
